Don't read too much into that. Age of Ultron is that only in name, Winter Soldier took a large part of it's plot from the comics but not a straight adaptation. CW will be the same.

Someone should shop the Cap 3 logo in instead of the Civil War that's in there now.

I believe they will be going in a new direction after that. It sounds like they will be focusing on new heroes mainly (like the Inhumans, which they're of course building up as the replacement X-Men, so they can be a franchise unto themselves) and probably more Cosmic Marvel and the newly introduced supernatural Marvel (with Dr Strange).

It'll be the start of a new story arc I guess, too. A lot of the older characters are probably not making it past Infinity War.

See, everyone keeps saying this, but I can't see them killing off more than one or MAYBE two major characters. I think Captain America is going to be the only big death in IW sadly, since Chris Evans' contract is up after that one and he has said he kind of wants to get away from acting.

They have movies planned through 2028. Nothing stops this train, nothing.
