Ok, maybe i didn't elaborate things a bit more clear, a friend of mine got the console on BF with some of the games i got ad well, went to his house, played the games and had some fun, than better deals star to show up and i got this urge of buying the console, maybe it was nostalgia, i don't even know, i just that now that i have and think about what's to come for it next year that i like it's only zelda, but im in a place that my mind is 50/50, keep it, play the games to completion and than what? Have it there, just collecting dust? But it was such a good deal that is what's keeping me from returnjng it, i got the console and those 5 games for $387 and change at BB
The OP has played the Wii U numerous times in the past, so I guess he is just noticing the "slow" menu
Honestly though, just play the games you got for it. The speed of the menu shouldn't matter
Makes thread complaining about slow menu.

There are lots of video games in places where people don't have to slog through poor interfaces. This is a sad reality : some gamers are more concerned about the functionnalities of the system instead of the games...
Seriously PLAY THOSE GAMES

Hey guys, I just bought a cheap PS2 with Shadow of the Colossus, Okami, Zone of the Enders, God of War 2 and Resident Evil 4. Just finished playing the Metal Gear Solid 2 demo, thought it was pretty sweet. I've already got a DVD player though and this controller isn't as comfortable as my remote. Should I return it?
The Wii U internet browser isn't slow at all. It's actually fast.
I wouldn't consider the several month long droughts between game releases as "little" but that's me.Sorry that you cannot wait a little longer compared to the other systems, because your missing out on some fantastic gaming.
Zelda, a Starfox game we have seen nothing on, Yoshi and Kirby. So potentially four games total for 2015?Last legs? Have you seen the lineup of games for 2015? This is the golden era for the Wii U. Never a better time to jump in.

Almost bought one yesterday myself. Decided to hold off considering the Wii U is on its last legs and will probably have just as good, if not better, bundles next year. Plus I have a back catalog that will keep me going for a decade or more. I really want to play Bayonetta 2 and Kirby when it comes out though, so I might change my mind by the end of the week.

Anyone want to tell him about the quick menu?
This thread doesn't even reach that level. OP isn't complaining about games they haven't played, they are complaining about the console they were released on without even having opened the games.![]()
Seriously, how can you give up on a console without even playing a game?
Frankly enough, after I bought quite a lot of digital games (all in the system memory), the browser started to slow things down a little with three to four tabs opened.
For some people the game experience entails more than just booting it up once. It's easy to imagine that someone would regret purchasing a console if they feel its underworkings are inadequately structured in a way that limits or complicates their experience.Like the Wii U. It has a quick start menu so you can start the game as soon as you turn the console on. Nice try though
I bought a Wii U MK8 bundle, Zelda WW and Smash... Im far more happy with this console than my PS4 that's been collecting dust ever since i stopped playing that pos Destiny. It's a very sad generation for consoles, due to many games being multiplats and available on PC.

.....like the Wii U.

It is actually the fastest console to boot up and play games on.
Nice try though genius.
Just return it, bro. You're obviously not feeling it.
isnt that what you do with all consoles. play the games til your done, then wait for more? lolOk, maybe i need to elaborate things a bit more clear, a friend of mine got the console on BF with some of the games i got ad well, went to his house, played the games and had some fun, than better deals star to show up and i got this urge of buying the console, maybe it was nostalgia, i don't even know, i just that now that i have and think about what's to come for it next year that i like it's only zelda, but im in a place that my mind is 50/50, keep it, play the games to completion and than what? Yes, it has become the best thing about the OS......like the Wii U.
