Skull face, it may not be the best way but my wife's ex husband always took her to court without a lawyer (nj). Sucked because my wife would use a lawyer asks he could file any petition and be heard in front of a judge.

Basically, your ex established custody but you can get in front of a judge and ask for visitation rights. Document every communication. Emails, texts, make a log of every call, time, date and specifics of what you talk about. Ask for visitation outside of the court.

If she has custody, she then has to provide for visitation and provide the means. Our oldest son is boarding a plane to visit his biological father and we paid for it. My sister is going thru the same thing. You have more rights than you realize and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg. You can even get a lawyer to draft the documents and you present them. Not the ideal but I'm sure there is single Dad GAF that can help you thru this.

I promise you: make a thread called single Dad GAF or custody GAF and you'll get a ton of tips. Something good can come from this.

I would guess that visitation rights would be an improvement. It sucks for us but we love in Georgia and the biological father is in NJ.

And, if she has any sense, she won't want to go to court. If you don't have any convictions, you should petition the courts. Hell, you probably can petition the court in Massachusetts and at least be heard.

And maybe look into getting a gun.

If I have access to that information either way, what's the difference? Phone was in my name so I was exploring my own property. Especially considering I bought it.

Edit: I also beat around the bush and gave her the opportunity to come clean herself. When I finally pointed to her phone as evidence, she claimed she was polyamorous. She couldn't just admit that she wanted to leave me...

I've had a few, and I feel comfortable enough to admit this now... But for a good week I told her that I would be OK with this as long as she kept it discreet. Fuckin love man...

I still believe Revoh. I had a friend that had a very nasty breakup too, similar to Revoh, except the girl did sleep with the other dude. As soon as they parted ways, he went clubbing, drank himself silly and got laid with a cute Asian girl for a one night stand. When shit hits the ceiling, you tend to do whatever it takes to forget. Regarding the husband messaging him, for all we know his ex told her lover, what Revoh did and probably he wants to either get physical, throw a restraining order for wrecking his marriage or worse, either way Revoh, prepare for a battle.

I believe him, simply because he jumped to "I'm about to get laid" rather than "I'm almost there bros, wish me luck!". My logic is that he's with a girl and assumes he's going to fuck her. If he doesn't, I trust him to give us an honest story tomorrow. This isn't 4chan.
