Ok for real tho, me & @chrisrock are about to do a movie together. It's just jokes y'all. I was hungover. All good. @TopFiveMovie #goseeit
Chris didn't even have to say anything. Just waited and Epps come crawling for that dual feature with a smile on his face. Epps is that friend that liked to talk tough and then remembered your moms is cooking tonight and suddenly it's "just jokes y'all".

He talks all that bullshit until he needs 20 dollars

Richard Pryor's life is already so fucked up that Lee Daniels doesn't have to exaggerate Lee Daniels it though.

Aye I met Lee Daniels recently. He came into my business downtown Chicago wearing pajamas in the middle of the day.
That's how rich he is.

He does love him some oppressive content though.

I confused Mike Epps with Omar Epps. No wonder this thread felt weird. *facepalm*

...and Chris Rock can't act so I understand at least the reasoning behind being upset about him getting movie roles. He's a good stand-up comedian but acting ain't his strong suit.

I've never seen Mike Epps be funny. When he's in comedies all he does is whine. Similar to Owen Wilson, who I never thought was funny either, but also gets roles in comedies where all he does is whine.

You sayin Mike ain't funny?

We can throw knuckles at any time

I mean, pound for pound he's not as trash as Kevin Hart, but Mike has been on one hell of a steep decline, when he never even reached the mountain top before.

The last thing I saw from Mike were his garbage parody videos of the whole Donald Sterling thing. Shit was so pathetic, there are no-name Youtubers and Vine makers that could do far better work and actually be funny. Didn't even crack a smile and I liked his past stand-ups.

The movie was great. It was really vulgar, but very touching and showed a side of Chris Rock that I really haven't seen. Woody Allen-esque in a lot of ways, aside from the overt sex and vulgarity jokes.

Chris Rock gets opportunities because he's one of the greatest and popular comedians of all time. It's not that hard to understand Mr. Epps.

Mike Epps is one of the most unfunny comedians I've ever seen get popular. He has a voice that could effortlessly deliver funny-ass shit if he could come up with something...anything...even remotely funny.
