Hmm, Splatoon's eShop listing seems to indicate it'll have amiibo support. Not sure if this backs that South African retailer listing, but still, maybe this is an indication certain clothing/weapons can be unlocked via specific amiibo (still holding out for FLUDD being unlocked via Mario & maybe Shadow Mario's paintbrush via Bowser Jr.).

Can confirm, I went all the way through the process with Charizard just to see if it would ship here (google translating each page one at a time) and it said it wouldn't ship to my region (NA).
I would have had them shipped via proxy.

When I was in the chat group it drained my battery so ridiculously fast. I set off all alerts but it would still notify me that people posted and took my battery to 0 in no time. I'm in the wave 3 alerts group only now and it's not bad cause there are hardly any posts. And I use iOS.

Guess it's going to be just that much harder to get amiibos then without Amazon Germany. Might be time to get out of the game. Well, we'll see how US preorders go for wave 4.

Yeah, the chatroom with people talking like they do here will drain since you're screen is constantly lighting up for alerts.
In the rooms for Stock Alerts only, you only get the push notification when something becomes available and it's posted.
Going by last 7 days of battery usage in Settings, Line accounted for 1% of battery.

I knew .fr and .it started that but didn't know .de did as well. Hugely disappointing considering that I got the rarest of amiibo there including the villager I own.
Maybe this is a good sign though that .de finally put them up. US can't be too far behind now, right?

So why doesn't NA Amazon have Ness even listed on their site? Is it because they only list items once the pre-orders go live? I'm refreshing the UK page like a madman it would just be nice to be able to check on him on the US page too...
Thanks for the offer. I am signed up but usually can only get alerts when I am at home connected to WiFi. It is a nice safety net for home but while at work I have to F5 all day.

Amazon USA won't list the Amiibo until pre-orders are available. None of Wave 4 are up yet.
The way it's going, it's really my only hope. I've never been able to get a pre-order secured.

They have been selling amiibo for months. They're not as wide known so their stock tends to stay in stock longer. I got a Sonic and Dedede there. Shipped for about $15.50 or so each.

I am not sure why they get them but they do sometimes. I got my extra Fox and Sonic from there. I think I ordered another one from there but can't remember They charge $2.49 for shipping and don't pad them but they put them in a box and they have arrived with minimal damage. One bad thing is sometimes they put sticker on the plastic part of the packaging but if you open it it doesn't matter and I am sure it peels off.
