what stream will everyone be watching? Im thinking Keighley because of the mgs5 trailer, but it sounds like something that may be shown everywhere. Are any of the streams getting exclusive reveals? Too many choices lol

I'll have the PC running YouTube with Geoff and possibly Gamestop, and my laptop jacked into the TV with Kinda Funny.

Does anyone think there will be Vita news next week?
I've been on the fence for a while and im wondering if theres any possibility of a price drop or a new bundle.

That's not a long time at all. It will probably be a CGI trailer.
I am counting on a CGI trailer, too. But that's okay. They have other games to show with in-game footage or on stage. It's in the mix.
I just wonder if Gears trailer will be the final note of the conference.
Would be the most expected surprise ever.

Their coverage is the perfect mix of fun, and honest cynicism for the pageantry of nonsense that occurs on stage every year.

In case you need proof.

They make some pretty funny comments, it's too bad it's coming from them.

I love how you dropped that in this thread without a word (for impact) without checking that it might be something entirely mundane.

While simultaneously moving few units given how many people have no idea why this series is such a big deal.

Unless it becomes a TPS.

TBH I've never played a single Shenmue game.
I've saw some gameplays video, read about it's gameplay, story, and such.
It sounds really promising. I would love to get my hands in such game.
Pls understand. SNES > PS1 > PS2 > (X360,PS3) > PS4

I suppose kind of like First Light?
Yup. It's the same case. People normally don't count as a game. As Left Behind.

Got out of work early today, the weekend has begun. :D Sunday night will be glorious

Yup. I'll se Valhalla. What a lovely day. :D

What does that even mean?

Like, it's fine if you're not a fan of the site - I just don't get the burn that you're trying to lay down here.

It's not burn.

I like the site and I think they're funny. I just think they're sort of toxic in the gaming journalism world. They're so jaded and cynical, half of them seem to hate the hobby of gaming or at least just stick to one game series they care about and a lot of good games are cast aside by them as "hot garbage".

But yes, they're entertaining around E3 as the conferences need that little bit of cynicism thrown at them .

Okay, that makes a bit more sense. I've always taken their super-critical approach in good spirit, but I see how others could find it graiting.

I was just thinking about EAD Tokyo while having a shower and I feel like there's a decent chance we see their next game at E3.

Look at their release schedule so far:

Super Mario Galaxy - 2007
Super Mario Galaxy 2 - 2010
Super Mario 3D Land - 2011
Super Mario 3D World - 2013

Looking at that, a 2015 or 2016 release next seems certain, and holding off until 2017 to launch with NX seems a bit much. For all we know they could release one game now, then have their next ready for launch or 'launch window' in early 2018.

Captain Toad I'm sure was just a side project by a smaller team and shouldn't greatly impact their mainline titles development. They could even have a similar small team laying the groundwork for their NX game while the main team finishes their next Wii U title.

Along with Miyamoto's comments about how they could go back to Galaxy, I can definitely see a Galaxy 3 releasing either this holiday or (more likely) taking the May spot next year, seeing how Nintendo has been putting a big game there recently (Mario Kart 8, Splatoon), and hell, Galaxy 2 was released then.

So lock it in, I predict Galaxy 3 at this E3.

No more mainline Mario until next console, Nintendo already said this. The hype is low for Nintendo because they are holding everything they can back for the new console.

didn't they say specifically, no 3D mario at this E3?

For the folks ripping on Giantbomb. Understandable, definitely not for everyone. I do a mix. I watch the conferences clean for the first time, then watch the GB version. That way I get an unfiltered version and form my own opinion on the matter, see and hear everything properly, and then get to catch some of the great jokes and moments that inevitably happen in the GB version.

I dont think that happened.

Which if true is quite a kick in the face of the loyal fans who supported the Wii U.

Nintendo played everyone hard with Zelda, that game was never coming out in 2015 not in a million years. There was about to be a run on the wii u then they went and won E3 with a game that's going MIA for 2 years.

You should read my first post. No shit it's Killzone. I said that. It's Vekta City.

But they chose a picture that prominently features a horizon. They're clearly having some fun here.

Looks like a sunset over a city.

Maybe the new game is called Orange Sky?

Jk of course. Excited to see the new game.

Hmm, i think most of this could describe another site :P

It would be awesome if SWTOR was used as a general "Star Wars: The Old Republic" label referring to the games at large (KOTOR 3, anyone?) rather than referring to the MMO...but this is obviously referring to the MMO.

Why can't I stop hoping a new Stunt Race FX gets announced. Nintendo could use another racer franchise in the mix if they're doing shit all about F-Zero. Stunt Race FX could be amazing again. Leave the flat-shaded polygonal aesthetic too.
