Has it? Whats the date on the grave?
I have a hard time making it out. Something like 1992 to 2000? I'm very sure about the 2000 part. Which makes

Snyder is definitely involved with the script but he isn't the one putting the words on paper.I hope the movie is as good as the trailer, because that trailer was fantastic.
I'm confident in this movie because Chris Terrio wrote it.
It's not like 300 and Sucker Punch where Zack Snyder wrote it.
Or like Man of Steel where David Goyer wrote all of it.
If I have to be honest I don't like Amy Adams' Lois. She seems very bland to me
I think it's 1972-2000. The first number may be off, but the year of death is definitely 2000.Has it? Whats the date on the grave?

This is kinda hot. Brb browsing fanfiction.net
I'm pretty sure it's 82.
It looks more like a 7, but 82 would make more sense. That damn plant is RIGHT in the way of it!I'm pretty sure it's 82.
That makes the most sense to me too.
Remember when people were complaining about his casting?
Ben Affleck has the kind of face that fits like 90% of white male superheroes.
Kudos to him and casting director, I guess.
In another universe, Ben Affleck could've easily been playing Superman instead.
I love the Ben casting, but those comparisons are not really apt when no other actors have played those characters in live action before. I understand your point though.Probably gonna end up there with Jackman and Downey as the definitve look for their respective character.
What is this silliness? Almost as bad a post as people who say MoS is complete trash. Why?
MoS is the best superhero movie to date.
If anything we should be excited.
If Warner/DC wants to build a 10-20 year cinematic universe, it doesn't make a lot of sense to introduce a Batman that is already really long in the tooth.....though to be honest I do really like the idea of Superman bringing a retired Bats back into the fray.
This is really my biggest problem with all of this. A shared continuity DC Universe is a dream come true but to finally have it-and have Bruce be in his 40s, with Robin dead, and a tattooed, grilled Joker. Why can't we just have the "ideal" version, and then see these "Elseworld" stories later.
If you want milquetoast comic replicas, there is a company out there doing that. we don't need another. This is really my biggest problem with all of this. There's also a rumor about Commisomer Gordon that I read might be true as well....
Well, with a lot of DC superheroes, the elseworld stories ARE most readers' ideal versions. They're definitely the ones that get recommended first and bought the most.

Possible spoilers regarding Robin:
Someone on another board pointed out that the pics of the tombstone with Dicks name on it could be a production gag as it looks like it belongs in the Wayne funeral scene. I hope thats the case. I'd rather Dick not be mentioned at all than have him confirmed to be dead. Pls Snyder.
In all seriousness there are a number of ways of doing a story featuring Robin while keeping it mature. It doesn't need to be Adam West or Batman & Robin. Robin has worked fine for years in comics.
It could also be from thedream sequence

Would you be okay with Bruce adopting a kid but they don't become a superhero until they're an adult? I always thought that might be how they would do it in the movies.Robin even managed to crippled TAS. The moment he appeared the whole show took a nosedive.
Robins just suck. THe whole idea of Batman taking kids with him into the field immiedietely destroys any seriousness the story can have and puts it right into camp territory.
Robins become interesting only after they retire those personas and move to become their own heroes.
It'll be so sad if the first (and potentially only) Robin we get to see in these movies is Carrie Kelly. I almost would prefer Damian. :/
If Malone is playing Carrie Kelly, she's not exactly a "kid" though. She'd be a late-teens/early 20s sidekick.
I think she'd make a perfect a Oracle. Especially like the one portrayed in Arkham Knight. Then again , that means eliminating Batgirl from these films which irks me too.
I think the timejump we're dealing with eliminates a lot of the Batfamily. We're 10 years past him having already quit. Or at LEAST 10 years. Maybe more.
If the place shown at 00.53 mark was the batcave, then maybe the batcave is inspired by Grant Morrison's Batman run.

Notice that in the right picture there is water in the bottom, and a set of stairs on the right side, that may lead to upper levels.
This would be so disappointing if true. Then again, I can't imagine too many of the Batfamily showing up in the currently announced slate anyway (aside from the standalone Bats movie).I think the timejump we're dealing with eliminates a lot of the Batfamily. I'm just happy we're getting old Bruce. But my love for older Bruce stems from the fact that he has kids. Instead of focusing on pre-Robin days.I mean, come on. That has to bother more people.

why are people so concerned about illegal aliens. wouldn't it be more important that aliens are here. unless there's a legal process for aliens to stay on earth? i dunno i guess comics.
Uh, in episode two? Christmas with the Joker? Or does that not count somehow, even though it's one of the more famous episodes?
What's so bad about Dick in the animated series? He's in an episode here and there and never seemed like a painful show stopper to me. Can't speak for Tim in season four because I haven't watched those in ages.
I mean...I think sometimes people just hate on Robin just to hate on Robin, an identity that has been taken by five different people (not including the Miller version, which makes it six) and been written about for decades. There isn't one redeemable story out there with a Robin in it? Not one?
