I was at the same place with you. That art book is amazing even by itself but that illustration with Yu's signature is a must. I convinced myself that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity , i definitely see it being worth it.

Yeah that's what i kind of figure. Don't usually spend much on kickstarters but shenmue 3 is kind of an exception.

Even though correlation does not equal causation...I agree that duckroll is the gaming anti-Nostradamus.

I might upgrade to the $80 tier. Don't really have the extra money to throw at it, and I haven't played the previous games yet so the usefulness of that tier is dubious at best if I don't get to play rereleased versions of Shenmue I and II before the end of 2017...but I might upgrade to the $80 tier.

I don't know how much Shenmue's OST goes for, but the sequel never actually got a soundtrack release. Which is a crime quite frankly.

The soundtrack is one of the things I'm looking forward to most. A soundtrack was never released for shenmue 2 so there's no guarantee a physical soundtrack will be released for Shenmue 3 outside of this Kickstarter. Do it.

Me too, a big draw of that $300 tier was the physical soundtrack. That's definitely not something I want to miss out on. A signed illustration by Yu Suzuki just sealed the deal.

You will be one of only 30,000 (roughly)incredible people on the face of planet earth with a Kickstarter backers copy of the game for PS4. If that's not worth $60 I dunno what is.
