what if people's cards get declined when kickstarted draws the amount at the close of the campain? Some of those bigger ones could take it under the goal if its really close on the 6 mil.

They're all in there whatever happens. The stretch goals just add more activities to them.

They will be there. They will be open world. They will have less side content.

They'll still be there, but not "expanded" like the main area.

Choubu and Bailou will be there no matter what, just not fully developed

I imagine that Baisha village will be like the really rich and detailed Dobuita from Shenmue I, whilst Choubu and Bailu will be more like the well designed, but much less expansive, Sakuragaoka and Harbor districts.

I really hope the game will have smaller villages but with a lot of density, side things to do and things to collect. Make those villages feel alive.

I've received emails from Kickstarter campaigns about how people can get their pledge paid if they had any issues getting their payment processed. I've never had it happen to me but it seems like it happens enough that they have a system in place to address it.

Also, this hasn't been posted in a while.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR NEW PLEDGERS

1. Any pledge $60 or more allows you to choose between:

- PS4 Physical Copy
- PS4 Digital Copy
- Windows PC Physical Copy
- Windows PC Digital Copy

2. You will get an email after the Kickstarter ends asking which of the above versions you would like.

3. Any pledge $80 or more gets you the S3 World Telecom phone card.

4. Changes to the reward tier text on the right side of the screen are not allowed after someone has pledged at that tier. Please consult the tables below for accurate reward info.

Is there a way to compare the number of backers at different points for this KS versus some others?

The average donation is over $80, and the total donor count doesn't seem to be high.

Just makes me think this will remain very niche with a low number of high value donors.

Also makes me think that the controversy is actually a benefit in generating interest. Given all the hype at the conference, only having 40k+ backers... just seems like that backer number should be higher if this was truly an E3 "gigaton".
