Unless my italian is really bad then the answer is yes. You get a special animation if you squirt her(and the skulls) with a water gun. And she reacts to rain.

IIRC it's the code you got in your manual (physical) or the code you can get somewhere online (digital) that carries over to TPP.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the MGS4 Database in the PS3 practically confirm that Big Boss was a part of the Snatcher project? (I think Ravi over at Snake Soup wrote an article about this - can't check as I'm pressed for time) - cause if so then I would think the whole Vemon/Ishmael thing plays fits right into that.

You know, I could definitely Kojima doing this to hide the real plot again, every time people have played TPP, it didn't seem like they got to import a GZ save.
What if there are two perspectives or stories, and everyone who just loads up TPP with no import feature just plays the regular story as an imposter Big Boss.

But those who bought in Ground Zeroes get a shifted story where they're playing as Big Boss and everything.
Has the hospital scene been confirmed as the opening of the game like it seems? I know Jeff from Giantbomb said he didn't know about that because the version he played started on the mission to rescue Kaz, but the trailers made it kind of obvious the hospital is where the game should be starting.

I'd be curious if the version with the real Big Boss save starts with a different section.
This is just guessing but a dual story based on save import is definitely something that fits Kojima's idea of a big feature not really done before.

A bonus mission at camp omega definitely doesn't fit that.
