Also, watch Medic grab his right forehead after the explosion.
What? He doesn't.
And where can we read python's theories

YouTube Pythonsalkin HD. I think my spelling is wrong, but close enough. What? He doesn't.

Good catch, it is debatable but it's too specifically similar to how MGS3 handled first person with the eyepatch. No, I see what he's getting at:

It looks just like in MGS3, if you go into first-person-view after Snake lost his eye.

Just seems like vignetting to me. The camera moves more like a camera man than an actual person in the scene.
I don't think that the PAZ explosion causes the shrapnel horn. I think the helicopter crash does.
I don't see how else he could get something stuck in his face.
Kojima's supposedly explained this as the shrapnel 'damaging' the part of Big Boss's brain that knew Russian, but people have been skeptical.
The left hemisphere of the brain contains parts of the parietal lobe, temporal lobe and the occipital lobe, which make up your language control center. In these lobes, two regions known as the Wernicke area and the Broca area allow you to understand and recognize, read and speak language patterns -- including the ability to learn foreign languages.
There is a scene in the Garbage trailer that we never see in GZ.
Big Boss is in the heli and his face is all bloody and he's overlooking the water or some sort of destruction.
Agreed.I just watched the trailer again and that's the only moment you see that black spot. If it was vignette, I would imagine the trailer would include more of it and not just on one corner.
This is coming from a non MGS conspiracist, btw.

Ground Zeroes?
Ground Zeroes?
This was never in the game:

Now whether this is just unused footage, or part of the big "This is how it really happened!" reveal, I do not know.
MGS has never really been into the unused footage thing unless it's done to hide something, so either that is actually in the game as part of the "real" story thing, or that exact scene plays out with another in Big Boss's place. This was never in the game:

So what do you think a camera zoom means that, for a moment, has the MGS3 1 eye effect?
The way the camera moves makes me think this means nothing.
1. Snake's shadow in ground zeroes in undefined from the neck up. He's the only character in te game with an undefined shadow.Fuckin A. I'm not watching all that.
Cliff notes?
That just looks like whoever you are, you're standing behind Kaz.The effect is there throughout the entire scene.

I think it's the REAL ground zeroes mission we play in TPP. Possibly, the one mission not detailed in the guide.Maybe it's the flashback scene that supposedly shows two different snakes.

i have a theory, what if the helicopter missed the other one, and this is BB flying past motherbase (with paz/medic blood on his face) one last time before heading to the hospital with the medic who got blown up.
Judging from the trailers, there's footage of camp omega during the day time.Has it been confirmed that we actually replay ground zeroes?
I think that would be really stupid unless it was really different. All the fans have burnt themselves out on that map.

i like this. I like it a lot.You know how in MGS2 Raiden was supposed to represent the player?
Well if these theories hold true then I think WE the player represent "Venom Snake" We've been loyal to Big Boss since MGS 3. We even sympathize with his character.
So we the player think we are playing as Big Boss only to have those thoughts betrayed only to be used by the very "hero" we've built up in our heads.
Then why is snake dying in the hospital if he's chill right after the explosion?
That definitely feels like the direction this might be going in.You know how in MGS2 Raiden was supposed to represent the player?

2:13. There's some one over Kaz's shoulder. The point of eye has faded edges. Like someone looking with one eye.

Possibly. There's a scene just after in which a nuke? is being moved towards BB and it appears to be from the same scene, so that must be what BB is looking at and why the camera zoomed in on him.
That black spot though... It's weird that it's there and just on that moment during the whole trailer. A trailer that was directed by Kojima so it must be there for a reason.
I say that because if I'm playing the game as Big Boss. It's easy for me to sympathize with the character. Kojima wants us to HATE Big Boss after this game. It's hard to hate a man if you're in direct control of everything especially when they give you reasons to be sympathetic towards his character.
Now imagine Big Boss using his most trust man. Whether that's The Player, The Medic or whoever. Implants false memories. (Kojima sold us GZ giving us what we believe to be accurate events.), and uses this person to build a military base and army to lure his two enemies out. Cipher and Skullface.
Only for it to be revealed that we aren't Big Boss and he in turn kills us and uses what we did to establish Outer Heaven.
We would view him as nothing more than a monster. Just like Kaz did in MG2
All PrisonersWasn't sure where to ask this but is it confirmed what unlocks there are from playing MGS:GZ?
Well, Big Boss being in a homosexual relationship with his own underage clone or someone who took his face would be... something.Yes, the effect is weird. But that's either a dramatic camera zoom, or a one eyed person is going in for a kiss on snake.
Don't forget that in kojima's last trailer, there's a shot of someone looking at kaz, snake, and ocelot. Someone with one eye.
Edit: 2:18 seconds into the elegia trailer
