The only spoilers that the trailer really reveals are that the spikes in the ground are caused by MG ST-84. It seems to have some flaming whip type thing that does metal gear stuff.

This doesn't necessarily prove anything because Big Boss is never said to be missing his eye.
That said, the way Ocelot talks to Big Boss makes it seem like it's not actually him.

I'm not exactly sure Kojima would get Shinkawa etc to use The Twin Snakes as reference...unless Jaeger had the same in og MGS1. Didn't someone mention whoever is infected the parasite gets this film over their eyes?

Holy sheeeeeeit this is for real. They're in the hospital at the beginning.
Find me where it says his eye was shot out and is missing rather than he was just blinded.
