That intro was wild. Also it looks like Venom Snake doesn't lose his right eye since there was a closeup of him blinking just now.

I know it's totally bat shit crazy, and probably not true... but what if skull face is a figment of boss's imagination or even some kind of alter ego the player isn't aware about.

In a lot of the trailers he seems to appear or disappear or literally be hanging out with big boss. It doesn't make sense. It's almost arkham knight joker style.

I'm sure this theory is totally fuckin retarded, but someone humor me. Is skull face's MO or level of villainy anywhere close to being similar to big boss in his most villainous form?

Kojima did it. It was all a ruse. Even the lauch trailer is fake. Everything is fake. He faked NeoGAF (and destroyed Mother Base = Gaming Age Forums) for that just to fuck everyone up and blow our minds.

Everything is an illusion.
 
Wow, I've seen this section many times in gameplay videos and trailers and it is always different and better each time. Nice glasses Ocelot has.
 
From the reviews I read, they ware complaining about the lack of locations in the game, it seems we only have Afghanistan and Rhodesia. :(

I really wanted a different setting like an urban one (I know it would be more difficult and time consuming to do).

Aside from the sword whip which is because of Mantis, the thing looks pretty cumbersome.

Ray and Rex seem a lot more agile with the street fighter battle they had in MGS4.

And his father was more intelligent than him in creating advanced techs and robots: look at the D-Walker, his walking aid device and this Ultimate Metal Gear. Otacon got inspirations from his father's work (whose full blueprints could be lost later which explains the similarities in design but lacking the full features of this ultimate Metal Gear) to create Metal Gear Rex, still Otacon was dumber than his father even in a more advanced era.

Seeing Huey makes me hate Otacon so much more. He was also the reason for Huey's suicide.

one has charsima eventhough he was physically handicapped but he could overcome that with his brilliant mind, the other is mentally and emotionally handicapped and is a drama queen and always finds himself in WTF situations: The father/son paradox.

At least Otacon can live with knowing his shit was at least better than Madnar's mechs. That dude couldn't even make a Metal Gear that could stand on it's own two legs without them being major structural weak points when a decade before they had managed to make full blown Gundams.

It was GAF being goofy. The head transplant guy is a real doctor who just coincidentally looks like the guy in the game. I believe the doctor in the game is actually based off of an entirely different person (an actor).
