There is one. In the mission at the airfield for the inspector or whatever. There is a single camera there on one of the buildings.

There is also in in OKB Zero on the left hand side, above of a door.

The Cyborg Ninja suit is supposed to help you run and jump but uh, you can jump in this game? lol The run is boost is obvious.
 
i was so on the fence about this game, i thought 4 was massively overrated and very disappointing the gameplay and controls sucked and the cut scenes were way to long.... on the other hand this game is almost the exact opposite i thought the actual playing of the game is the best part by a mile where the story was very lacking

this is going to be a bloodborne type game for me ill just load it up when im board and mess around and have fun till i platinum it
 
Just finished the story.

Was loving the game until mission 30 (the intro is the best part of the game), some filler but it was ok. The story was starting to build up nicely and I was enjoying it, along with building my motherbase.

But after mission 30 wtf happened?! When I saw that "Coming in Chapter 2" I was like man this is gonna be good, but then... Replaying missions, and almost no story at all... The twist does explain a lot of things. But there are so much more unexplained. Really feels rushed after mission 30.

The memorable missions are more linear, like the Industrial Zone, OKB Zero, and the second infestation at MB.

It is for when you jump off cliffs and edges. With the ninja suit you gain greater distance.

There is a little button prompt + analog stick indication when you're near the edge.

Hold Y/Triangle when running between two ledges and it'll auto-jump like in Zelda.



Also, seriously for a moment on the whole "omg 9/11!!!!" stuff. Do you honestly think Konami would let Kojima, an employee they are pissed with for wasting money, release a game without an ending, letting it get reviewed by all the major publications without said ending, then release it over a week later as DLC or something?

You can jump from buildings and some rocks. But there's barely any you can actually jump from to make, and the guards are usually a lot closer together meaning just going up there will get you spotted immediately anyway.

In Ground Zeroes Raiden could leap frog from all the barracks in the middle section. It was quite fun.

I want it to be true just to see the internet collectively lose their shits and for Kojima to go out with one last bang, but I'm pretty skeptical. I've read that the ingsoc site was connected to a youtube account that iirc was confirmed as fake a long time ago. Besides, it all reads a bit too much like wishful thinking. It's most likely fake, so don't get your hopes up;

I'm not expecting anything to happen at all, but if it does, I'll make sure to have some popcorn ready.

Bu but what if they cut 51 to make sure the Solid Snake half of the game could hit soon after release!

No the Big Boss in MG2 was real. He went into a coma until 2014.

His body was burnt so Eva used parts from Liquid and Solidus to rebuild him.

I dunno because I've Been shutting off my PC when I go to work and then when I come home and boot up the game I get a bunch of 'development completed' messages. I thought that stuff was only during gameplay?

Konami did let Kojima (or force him to) release a $20 game with a sub-two-hour main mission, and let it get reviewed by major publications... I'm not saying I believe in the "omg 9/11!!!!" stuff, but there is precedent for them not caring about the value proposition of products they release.

I don't know if this has already been brought up but I replayed mission 46 and took a close look at Ishmael's eyes. He always has his left eye closed and his right eye is always open. Is this a simple mistake or something? That shouldn't make sense with the big reveal.
