His fireball and SAsI could see Urien being like Bison with charge moves and motion moves. I'd main him regardless though... Did he have motion moves too in 3rd strike?

I like "A Friend Indeed" haha
Yah as I typed that I was wondering that, but I do kind of wish they made him a full motion character. Maybe omega Seth is Urien's template for SFV.His fireball and SAs
I'm not certain on how that works tbh. I believe the dash forward counts as part of the ultra motion or something? I'm not too sure, since I never really messed around with charge characters in SFIV outside of harassing people with Blanka Balls.
Anyways, here's an example of some of the stuff charge partitioning let's you do in SF3: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QJQf61mvyWo
There's another great video out there visualizing charge partioning for doing Remy's fireball spam in SF3 (he has two fireballs, one for the punch buttons another for the kick buttons), but I can't find it at all.
Depends on the game, if we're talking SF4 I'd say DictatorWho is the easiest charge character to learn?

Dang was hoping it would be guile since I never cared for the bison character lol. Another question if Alex gets in, is he an easy grappler to learn? I normally don't play grapplers but I like his design/characterDepends on the game, if we're talking SF4 I'd say Dictator
Ryu gets a parry as v-skill.

CoolGuile is like a close second
If he's based of his previous incarnation is he hard to learn or easy?i mean it's literally impossible to tell.
Cool

They changed his bio from him being the eldest son of an Old Middle Eastern family to a wealthy one.
This game doesn't even play like 3s.
This I should have phrased it better. Basically if Alex gets in and he has the same moveset was he a difficult fighter to learn?I think he just wants you to tell him if Alex was hard or easy to play in 3S.
i think WSO is streaming Rashid & R. Mika in a half hour

Mika's smile looks funky.
Not feeling kens run at all after seeing rasheed. He seems very similar to his SFV incarnation with some 3s thrown in, would have preferred a roll and a will dearly miss Kara throw and Kara srkKen gets a glorified version of a normal for his V-Skill.

I wonder what the total start up on his step kick is now having to do it out of the run. and yeah, with Rasheed having a run option (yes, I know it's ~different~) I'm even more underwhelmed by his V-skill. I just can't wrap my head around how they're going to balance it to not just be gimmicky.
You have to admit, teleport would be perfect for Dhalsim.
unless I see it not being jabbed out of, its gimmicky lol. Right now ita being used as a run mixup and extended low forward from mid screen. Its either going to be godlike or a gimmick, I don't see the balance.I wonder what the total start up on his step kick is now having to do it out of the run. and yeah, with Rasheed having a run option (yes, I know it's ~different~) I'm even more underwhelmed by his V-skill. Just add Necro insteadI would take away his teleport and give more mobility like Necro. And also give him a bunch of Necro's moves.
