I finished Episode I last night.

You know, the backhalf of the movie is not the worst thing in the world. I mean the space battle (minus the anakin "I'll try spinning that's a good trick" line) is pretty decent.

The lightsaber battle is one of my favorites most definitely.


Anyway, it is still just okay.

AOTC is tonight. I think I might seriously be dreading it.

So Star Wars: The Force Awakens reviews are being embargoed until the Wednesday before release. Should we be concerned for the quality of the movie, or is is to prevent spoilers from getting out too soon?

I wouldn't be worried considering much of the press isn't seeing it until Tuesday, it's more realistically to just put all the press on a common ground after the screenings so they all at least have 8-10 hours to write something

According to that site you're only getting Star Wars...

There was supposed to be 3 70mm theaters here in Michigan getting The Hateful Eight but its questionable now because the Weinsteins cut the theater count from 100 to 50 for the 70mm roadshow. I think they bumped up the wide release too to January 1st as a result.
