I'll pass, though, regardless. Can't stand stellbooks due to their horrible hubs. They should charge less for them and more for regular cases, because disc protection matters most.

Hubs? What does that mean?

I think I own two steelbooks. The TLoU PS3 and Halo 2...Halo 2 is rusted to all hell.
 
The cover art is nice but not a fan of Steelbooks. They feel cheap and scratch easily and have poor nubs. Will get the regular version.

Ugh... I've been on media blackout & I just noticed Elena on the cover, is she back yet again? She's so bland. Drake chose poorly, I mean Chloe was right there

Hubs are what hold the disc in place. The plastic centre that the disc rests on when it's in the case.

I've owned quite a few steelbooks, both for gaming and DVDs, and the hubs are almost always terrible. To get the discs out, you need to practically bend them or grow an extra hand and carefully pry each area off of the hub. It's not good for the discs, and I much prefer regular cases as a result.

They look nice, but my discs are more important.

He means the center of where the discs are. Some steelbooks have hubs that make it awkward to get the disc out unlike the standard casing.

You're doing it wrong. You use one hand, usually a thumb to press the hub downward. Then you use your other hand to pull out the disc.

It's not rocket science.

I know what you're referring to but I've never had a steelbook damage any games I put in them (and I've used plenty). Is the problem really that bad for some people?

That's how you're supposed to do it with all cases. It's what I've always done. However, most steelbooks I've used have had very tight hubs that have made it hard to pull the discs from.

Unlike regular hubs, which push in, they're made of hard plastic and don't budge when you put your thumb on them.

I've never broken a disc using one, but I've bent one or two at worrying degrees.

I'm simply not a fan.
 
I like covers in this style. It reminds me of the Japanese cover for Uncharted 2.

Sold out on Amazon France. I'm glad i have it preordered. I switched from libertalia a few weeks ago, i hope i won't regret this because it's sold out too.

Just noticed that amazon.it has it for 60 EUR, which is cheaper than the normal version: click.

I have it preordered, although I don't like the ITA subtitle on the front ...

I'm in the same boat. Just finished UC1 remastered on crushing. I still love the first one better than the 3rd and it definitely didn't lose much except for a couple frustrating scenes it felt the most like Indiana Jones for me om the series. It will be interesting to play 2 now on crushing as that was my favorite.
