People make mistakes. I was playing as Mei and put an ice wall a little closer to the exit of the start room than I intended and blocked in a McCree. It was totally an accident. XD

Had the weirdest PotG. In a game with team kills, clutch counter revives, and tons of multikills it picked the moment where all I did was shield a Junkrat who was using his ult but was getting shot at by a Pharah. That's it, nothing else. The Junkrat was even being healed by Mercy and it wasn't in the middle of a make or break moment, the Pharah wasn't ulting, and it's not like dying would have stopped the Junkrat's ult, which didn't even kill anyone anyway.
Lucio is basically Jet Set Radio: The Character. Use his mobility to get the upper hand in fights, and be prepared to use his Speed Buff to run away if things get too hairy. You should also pay attention to how your allies are doing, along with what your enemies are up to. Give your teammates health buffs when they are on the mend (but be warned about the lengthy cool down), and use Lucio's alt fire to push your foes near a mine or off the edge of the map. Seriously, Lucio's weapon is the perfect tool to piss your foes off, and it's a hilarious way to get a kill or two.

If the group wasn't actively going for the objective I probably would switch off healing too, but I'd still fight and I damn sure wouldn't turn into Bastion

I've hit one of those veins of matches where I keep getting grouped with people who don't know how to play the objective and endlessly complain about Bastion in chat -_-

Is there anything more infurating in this game then being on a team doing the escort or attacking the objective with the clock running out and people are just standing back too afraid to go in or too stupid to get behind the tank with the huge shield and try to get in the objective area?
It seems like most people care less about winning the game and more about just k/d ratios sometimes and it drives me nuts since I like to play the tank.
The game itself is a blast. I am still getting used to the characters but so far my main go to characters are Reinhardt, Bastion, and the turret guy.
Sometimes I roll the robot healer when we need one.
I am terrible at most of the dps classes.
Wish there was a melee-dps class. The ninja I thought was one but his only melee is his cooldown based ability and ult, was hoping for one that was like completely melee focused. Hopefully they add some more melee types in the future.

So I'm probably an idiot, but how do you even get to the ranked matches? I onlt have the option for quick play, AI battle, custom game, or Arcade.
Also is there no other way to get loot boxes other than each level you gain and buying them? Does that mean when I hit the level cap I won't be able to get any more boxes without buying them?

Ranked isn't coming until the end of June.
They not in the game yet. Ranked matches are supposedly coming out next month via the first major update for the game.

That's fair. This person died like ten times in a row trying to set up her damn turrets -_-
I lost a game on hanamura where on overtime as mei I jumped from the top floor onto the point, used my ult on the enemy team and died, and then watched as my team stayed outside shooting them instead of getting on the point and we lost
But like I said, matches are short so I usually just /shrug it off and move on to the next one
Ranked/Competitive isn't in the game yet.
As for lootboxes, yea those are the only ways. When you get max level, you can reset your level/prestige to keep going. I think prestiging just gives you a star on the portrait.
When you get to lvl 100 you prestige back to level 1

Shooting the tire is easier than avoiding it. I'm pretty sure it only has like 100 HP.

Ranked will be added in June supposedly.
Those are the only ways right now. You can eventually prestige to keep leveling up and gain more loot boxes.
I continue to think its really dumb that Zenyatta can be dropped by a Widow body shot. I just got killed three times in a row trying to reach my team because as I turned a corner the enemy Widow hit me. I had no way of knowing where she was each time and approached all three times from different angles it was ridiculous. He either needs to be given more hp or some sort of movement ability to compensate for his squishyness.

Generally I'll just post a comment and the team starts to work together. I think sometimes people just need someone to shake them so to speak.
"Stop running in solo." or "Let's move as a group." will get things moving in a more positive direction most times. People playing Widow or Bastion sitting in a corner while the other team is capping our point/payload drives me nuts. That's not helping us! You have to communicate and be willing to change characters to be successful in this game.
Yep. Only 100. A junkrat sent it after me and I just shot a grenade directly at it. Its a lot easier to stop if it comes on a straight forward path with no jumping or anything

That's good. I thought at some point you'd just stop getting loot boxes. I'm level 26 and still haven't gotten a legendary skin!

Also xp caps at around level 24 or 25 at 22k per level. When you go back to lvl 1 from prestiging, you will get some fast boxes again on those early levels

What's the best to counter two Reapers in everyone's opinion?
Anybody have king of the hill matches where you do really good the first rpund but it was just a fluke and your team goes full moron the next two rounds choosing defense characters at the beggining and only going for kills for the rest of the game? Drives me freaking insane. Should probably just leave these games.
