...the funny thing is, the places I'd suspect this would most appeal are Russia, and China.
Specifically to their middle and upper classes, who've already shown some interest in British culture. Rich Russians have built small villages in the style of British ones, while China are trying to recreate Shakespeare's home turf. For whatever reason there's an interest, and one could build on it.
Otherwise this sounds mostly like it would work in the sense of a premium range of product targeted towards Anglophiles in general, rather than really exporting in large quantities and expecting it to become a staple abroad, ala Coca Cola.
