They didn't build up the guys on WWE broadcast enough outside cwc.

Why are crowds so dead for these Cruiserweight matches?

Because Kendrick is the only one with a character and the matches are booked like normal matches with nothing different than "heavyweight" matches.

The lack of reaction for these Cruiserweight matches over the past couple of months has been unfortunate.

Might as well put the CW division on SmackDown and see if Ryan Ward (former NXT writer and now current SmackDown writer) can inject some life into it.

Gran Metalik, Gallagher and Tozawa will hopefully light a fire under the division. Parker was always an unspectacular worker and Kendrick was only over in CWC due to his gimmick.
