Depends on the personality TBH, with FChamp being one of the worst examples anyone can think of. But Wizard is a different level of credibility. Not saying that he's credible necessarily, but still.
So long as it's not a direct, explicit leak from a Capcom employee, it's good to have a healthy dose of skepticism, but, to my knowledge, from converging evidence + Nirolak & bish letting this thread rock, it seems either this is going somewhere or this is a wonderfully orchestrated troll of Mahvel-GAF by mods.

Side-note, I'm pretty anxious to see what the art style would be like. It would be incredible if they managed to somehow bring a pencil-crayon-coloured style to life in 3D, something akin to the SSFIV intro or the MvC2 character portraits:
Speaking of that intro. Will they get Polygon Pictures back to do multiple "episode" trailers again like Vanilla MvC3? I hope so! Those were AMAZING!

I know people have pretty strong opinions on SFIV's visual presentation, but I thought its underutilized inkbrush shader looked alright.
Slap that on some better character models and it could look pretty good.

If you want to count it if he found those characters' artworks from Capcom's server when they uploaded literally everything on the server for UMVC3. That's how we knew about all characters way before their reveals.

If MVC4 actually got announced this weekend, and Smash Switch on Jan 12, two speculation threads would be too much for me, along with SFV Season 2 Speculation. Let hope that Capcom is going to show all characters' silhouettes at PSX so I could step out of SFV Hype Train.

What is the Smash hype going around? Melee HD? Sm4sh on Switch?
Smash 4 Switch, which was leaked by a number of known Nintendo leakers (Laura Kate Dale, Emily Rogers, Serkan Toto, etc.). We don't know much about it beyond its existence, likely because Bandai Namco (& Sakurai, if he's involved) are keeping a tight lid on major Smash 4 Switch leaks.

There is a reliable source that claims that new Smash is in work by Namco-Bandai (he said that he don't know if it's port or not) Also Sakurai said that he had a project to work on so we went with it. Laura and Emily said that it's coming.
Now there are two new rumors coming out from two people with shaky reputations.
Dr. Cupcake (Tanaki) said that there would be new contents because Smash Switch is the ultimate version out of three games. But he emphasized that there wouldn't be much new contents, IIRC)
Nico (from French site but I don't remember which one) He said that we would get new story mode for Smash Switch, along with Rayman (likely), new characters, etc.
Could work with mcu infinity war coming,if it has same fighting and gem power ups, if xmen arent in it you still can add ultron, ronin, guardians, dr strange black panther, etc
