Sorry, but that's kinda impossible. The rights to the character are fully with WayForward. The first game was only a temporary agreement.
It'd be like asking for a Breath of Fire rep in Dissidia 3. Just because someone published a game for someone in one territory, it doesn't mean they have free reign over the cast.

Capcom did a great SNES side scrollling beat em up called X-Men Mutant Apocalypse. That game was the shit.

It's not just Marvel players, bigger names in the FGC are being pretty coy about it on twitter as well. And now some GAF insiders and mods are at least adding fuel to the fire.

I've played through that game more times than I can count. Probably still my favorite X-Men game behind X-Men vs Street Fighter.
