They could. Structure it so it's a low annual salary this year with an escalator next year when Brock's money is gone. They also could get to around 30-35 millllion in cap space with a couple cuts and restructures

From comments today they are going to target someone in the draft. I could see a scenario where they contact the Browns and offer to swap firsts this year, throw on next year's first and like a 4th and have them take on Brock's contract. It's only a year , perfect stop gap QB situation

Possible, but I'd rather take my chances with RG3/Draft/whatever else they have at QB than take Brock. Maybe you guys can find a Dak that will take over the starting spot.
