German version of Origin on PC still had a free access trial for 7 days earlier today. Should work fine that way via VPN, but you might want to create an extra account in case origin decides to ban you for it.

I hear the trial is limited to the first planet. I haven't been looking at any of the videos or the impressions for the game. If the trial is indeed limited to that, anyone knows how long it takes to go through that in game?

cant speak for origin but on xbox there is no difference between ea access and retail installs. ea access is just a license
