Handheld play yoI still don't really understand why people want a console port of Undertale
That game runs on a toaster
I still believe in a December 2017 release. It's highly possible that they're localising alongside development, and Mitsuda is already recording the music!for Europe and Oceania.

Mostly just for the novelty of having it on a Nintendo console, tbh.I still don't really understand why people want a console port of Undertale

Is it wrong for me to hold out for Monster Hunter Double Cross coming to the west? I feel as though because Monster Hunter Generations was announced at around this time last year, we could see the sequel announced on Wednesday for a release later this year.
While I know tha this is all focused on Arms and Splatoon 2, I feel as though Nintendo needs to give us some info on other small games that are coming out between now and E3/summer if there's anything to be said there. Don't get me wrong, I can't wait for either of these two games, but if they are saying that there's info regarding Switch and 3DS, I hope we get to see a fair some of info before we turn focus to the other two games.
at least they told us what to expect
I am okay with ARMS and S2 but I want more
According to Eurogamer, Super Mario Sunshine is supposed to be amongst the first GameCube Virtual Console games (alongside Melee & Luigi's Mansion), so I don't think it'll get an HD remake if Eurogamer's sources were on the money.Super Mario Sunshine HD for Summer release to hold us over til Super Mario Odyssey.
NOE seems to outsource localisation efforts now IIRC, at least of the most part. I think Xenoblade might have been outsourced originally anyway, but still.
I think NOE being far superior to NOA was mostly just a seventh gen thing.

Both Emily Rogers & Eurogamer backed the Mother 3 rumor, with the former stating that it was shelved for use on the Switch. If Mother 3 is coming to the Switch via GBA VC, we'll hear about it at E3 (if they reveal their Virtual Console plans by then). It's time we finally hear about this at E3, if true. Didn't Emily and someone else say it is coming?
This direct basically exists to cover the games releasing between now and e3. If MHXX is coming, its not coming that soon, so no chance they would announce it now.

You are a ray of sunshine. There is no more. This machine is a Nintendo machine and they can only make so much.
I'd rather pay $60 than to have an awful progression system.Sure, but if it's over in 12 months, and they're not releasing another game, that's still not an astonishing situation for the game long term.
I'd rather they have some kind of monetization plan and then support it throughout the generation, unless as previously mentioned, they just intend to keep releasing new ones.

Not much to do, they showed everything.odd they aren't doing anything about mario kart 8 deluxe...
It doesn't help either that a large part of their localisation team was axed a couple of years ago. Which is a shame because they really do deliver the better (or less 'their own') localisation out of the two regions in regards to more serious games.NOE seems to outsource localisation efforts now IIRC, at least of the most part. I think Xenoblade might have been outsourced originally anyway, but still.

Hopefully gamecube games will run at higher resolution like the N64 games did.According to Eurogamer, Super Mario Sunshine is supposed to be amongst the first GameCube Virtual Console games (alongside Melee & Luigi's Mansion), so I don't think it'll get an HD remake if Eurogamer's sources were on the money.
I want a boxed version of it?
odd they aren't doing anything about mario kart 8 deluxe...
Nintendo April Direct
- Nintendo 3DS release dates for Pikmin, Miitopia, EverOasis
- The Legend of Zelda: Breath of Wild DLC info
- Nintendo Online Service info
- Mario Kart 8 DX quick view
- ARMS info and release date
- Splatoon 2 info and release date
- Surprise Nintendo eShop game being available at end of Direct
Everything else is E3. (Smash, Mario Odyssey, Retro, etc)
What is there to show at this point though? We already know what the game is offering, and the special things that are going to be in Deluxe. Unless if Nintendo decides to reveal brand new tracks that we have never seen before, it is most likely that we're going to see nothing Mario Kart related outside of a small reminder that it is coming out April 28th.
he really isn't
Nintendo has no one to blame but themselves for being so pointlessly secretive about that game's existence. It's not going to be DK after the reception of TF. You can bet on that.

I doubt we see BotW DLC info until E3 at the earliest.
The direct comes a day after the DQXI press conference.
So I'm going to predict DQXI will be featured.
Wonder which part of May they'll launch ARMS in? I'd assume the end just because of Mario Kart.
And maybe more Golbal Testfire dates for Splatoon? Or maybe a date for that too, assuming it's going to come out in the next 3 months (since that's how they usually pace direct-to-release for stuff like this). So late June or early July.

In NoA.. the indie direct guy. For E3 the big guys.Alright who's gonna be the presenter?

So, new topic.
It's Kirby's 25th. A game is inevitable. What do you want and what do you expect? For me the answer to both is Crystal Shards 3D.
