Right now i don't see what makes inkbrush better than octobrush.
Do you get the more interesting things in salmon run when you rank up
Thank god, after maining the Octobrush with basic bombs and inkzooka the sub and specials in 2 are horrible. This however is much better.savage

First game with the Aerospray, we won 51-40, and it was 3 v 4 lmao.
Games like these always make me wonder if the game actually does matchmake based on weapons. I salute you Quad Roller Squad! I was just like you once upon a time!
Every one on the winning team gets 1k added to their score.
If you want to compare how you did vs the other team, subtract 1k from each score on the winning side.

This game is too addicting.
Tried asking last night, and either folks were too tired to answer or too busy laughing at my idiocy:
On, say, Humpback Pumptrack, how do you get to the enemy base? Once I get across the middle, there seems to be a "lip" of paint resistant surfaces that I can't get past.
Any help is appreciated! Never played the first one, but loving this one so far!
Some maps have a prevention like this in place. If you have the special power that allows you to jet pack in the air, I believe you can get up at least some of the barriers.
Maybe it's just me but the Inkbrush feels like a roller but worse. It's faster when attacking but it's no OHKO and the painting while running seems really ineficient.
yeah but then you backflip to your launch position
The Pro Controller is MUCH better that the Wii U Gamepad.
I think it's best in non-turf war modes.Maybe it's just me but the Inkbrush feels like a roller but worse. It's faster when attacking but it's no OHKO and the painting while running seems really ineficient.
Have an issue with gyro aiming. When I'm laying down in bed playing, it causes my crosshair to be too far up. If I press the button to reset, it only goes down so far, I literally have to sit up to use gyro aiming. Anyone else have this issue?
it's about manueverability. you'll notice even if individual brushstorokes are weak, the spread is amazing, so you can dodge from point to point very quickly, get behind people or flank and just trash them and then move on
if you have the ink you can ninja across an entire map.
I think it's best in non-turf war modes.
I would love to see them add a sport like rocket league into this game.
Is the campaign the only offline SP portion of the game?
Okay, three straight connection errors in a row. Splatoon gods punishing me for using the aerospray!! Damn you!
I feel dumb
why do you get a time bonus for 3 minutes.
It's going over my head

There's a time bonus for how long a match was. In turf war it's obviously going to be 3 minutes every time. But in ranked modes that bonus will usually be higher.
What else would there be?

I thought maybe the horde mode could be done solo but I haven't really checked it out.

It can but I don't think you really want to do that.
I'm pretty sure you can play Salmon Run via Lan if you have 3 other friends with Switches
i just realised i basically hold my breath for the entirety of the last 30 seconds of every match lol
after the bell rings i breath out and all the oxygen rushes to my brain
Yeah, I've been suffering through this too. It seems as if there's always one person who can't make it through a match, and it's always someone on my team.Only annoyance so far is a lot of quitters. 4 of my last 5 matches have had our team down a person.
