Also, does it mean anything that I seemed to skip from C to B- and didn't go through C+ at all? Is that normal, or maybe because I was winning a lot before I ranked up

If you win by ko and have good performance nonstop you skip ranks
This is my question too...Can you somehow save loadouts, like gun, and clothing, in a set to switch back and forth between?
Don't count out aggressive tower play.
If nobody gets on the tower, it never moves forward.
If you keep daisy chaining onto the tower, a lot of times you can break through the other team.
In fact my biggest frustration in that mode is nobody gets on the fucking tower. Just get on the god damn tower.

awesome, that would explain it.
Also, for anyone who wants to do league with me, would you prefer voice chat, or be fine with it off? I'm not used to voice chatting people while playing games, so I just wanted to check
Voice chat in general if people can do it I'd recommend, people don't need to go all crazy with nonstop chatter and strats but calling out enemy positions/weapons goes a very long way

Not really. You can save your loadout in an Amiibo but you have to go to the amiibo stand in the plaza if you want to load that loadout..
I'm honestly pretty bad at telling the specific weapon the enemy is using (beyond basic type) tbh
What? No you can do it on the inventory screen or in the Battle menu before starting a match.
You save like 5 seconds anyway.

The second the tutorial is over and you get to Inkopolis, you can customize your controls and disable motion.Grabbed my copy Friday after work but so far only got about 30 minutes or so with the game. Never played the original so it's a completely new experience to me. The motion control section at the tutorial m, is there anyway to turn off motion or is that only available afterwards? If I was forced to play the game that way, it would be back at gamestop already
Green Squid amiibo I believeUm what is the full robot outfit from?
I won half my tower games just because everyone stacked on the tower and I was spamming nostop tenta missles with that loadout I posted earlier

I feel like getting the source code of the nintendo app to see if we can use our regular browser instead of the mobile app...
Yeah got to that point and a good way through the first story mission, turned off motion controls as soon as I saw the menu icon pop up, just didn't know if it was these sooner. The second the tutorial is over and you get to Inkopolis, you can customize your controls and disable motion.
It's basically Payload in TF2/Assault in Overwatch.
The best way to do it is to have enough people on the Tower so it moves as fast as possible, while having the rest of the team clear the path ahead.
But sometimes just rushing the tower will get you that extra push to win. If it's near the end, you'd better be rushing the tower.
To capture the Tower, sure, but I'm talking about when you actually get the tower and it's moving. You don't need to be aggressive on the tower then, you need people on the ground to cover and clear. You got three people on the Tower, you're sitting ducks. Your whole team can be wiped out in the blink of an eye by a charger or a splosher.
I guess I need GAF to be my friends.
If y'all need an octobrush main, hmu.
