Hmm...I thinking about buying the Splatoon 2 Bundle for 359,00 Euro.
Stop me guys.

yay Trekkies
Edit: also, yes I think the aerospray combo is evil. I use it myself and god damn it's powerful.
Yeah it's too bad when that happens. The sad thing is this is the norm for teambased games. I've never played a team based game where this doesn't happen.
It's also why people don't like RTS games as much anymore. Broodwar is one of the best games ever made, but people will likely not run to play remastered. They can't blame anyone else when they lose.
What sucks is potentially losing a bunch of matches as I get used to using a new weapon. Feels bad man.
Oh... shit. So pointless for online play lol. Anyway to kill that intro aside from that?
I'm gonna grind the tickets in octo canyon, Amy word is people are getting banned or anything for it?
Top right. From spawn of map go straight to back, before the walkway to the end warp. To the left is a sponge to get to the tall wall on the right.where on the map is world 2 level 6?
also how long do SplatNet orders stay at Murch? i need these kicks i ordered from my phone but dont know how long i have to play today to get money

Yeah the single player of this game is MUCH better than the multiplayer. Nintendo shoukd focus more on it.

What are exp tickets for? To raise your inkling level or something else?Nothing yet and not likely to find out until a patch fixes the exploit. I've been grinding the exp tickets too. No ragrets.

I tried searching but I haven't seen it-
Has anyone had an issue where the gyro gets stuck facing upwards, and even pressing Y does nothing to recenter the vertical tilt? This happened to me while I was reclining in bed and sorta holding the Switch diagonally upwards. Is this a hardware problem or does Splatoon 2 prevent you from recentering properly when the Switch is at a certain angle? Can anyone else test this?
Sorry for snapping earlier, I was just extremely pissed off because it's obvious I'll never be good enough to get past C- in ranked.
It's dumb that Salmon Run isn't available 24/7.

A rank was the worst, there was a mix of highly skilled players, decent ones and somehow people who had no clue wtf they were doing. It took me the longest to get from A to A+ and there was a lot of salt involved.
the single player is good but it doesn't even sniff the multiplayer
Right now there are a lot of vets and good players in the lower ranks, it'll be much easier to get out of C- in a few weeks. Also, maybe it's just that you haven't found your weapon yet. Anyway, the game's been out only for a few days, you'll surely improve a lot in the following weeks. One mistake new players make is to not use walls. Walls don't count towards the score, but learning to use them is vital to win a lot of encounters, are you doing this? Never rush towards enemy ink, always try to lay out some of your ink first so you have some mobility to react to the opponents. And try different weapons and playstyles: Ninjasquid with a close range weapon and ambushes, high mobility with a medium ranged gun, charger...BTW, Octobrush is amazing in Splatzones and Blaster is great for Tower Control.Sorry for snapping earlier, I was just extremely pissed off because it's obvious I'll never be good enough to get past C- in ranked.

This is a stupid question and I'm pretty sure I know the answer already, but... Is the game language and region locked to the individual copy of the game or system region? Like, if I buy it in Japan can I play in English or in American Splatfests?
You should've pushed a bit more, S and S+ were pretty great, everyone there was very competent.I think that's when I quit Splatoon 1. There was always one teammate that lived in his own world and employed the dumbest strategies.
In those low levels it's "easy" for a skilled player to carry his team. Under normal circumstances that is, because right now every C- team can have 1 or 2 skilled vets.Get past C- is definitely the hardest part of ranked since it is almost entirely out of your control.
Salmon Run is very fun and incredibly lucrative.
I see. Guess I'll have to buy it from the American e-shop then.splatfests a regional locked.
meaning japanese game: only japanese topic for splatfest
european game: only european topic for splatfest and so on.
but we all play in one big pool together.
I just read in the Famitsu interview that you can jump several ranks if you play really well (and also loose them all at once if you do very poorly). So you can go from C- to A in one go, for example. Now I understand how I went so quickly from C- to C+ in Splatzones.
I still don't understand how. Is there a place to redeem your eggs or points for some loot?
