People have computers and I don't think that they needed permission to do piracy anyway, people in poorer countries are very resourceful for these things (here too, but it's different).

My own country has been effected and torn apart by western countries doing similar shit so that the people pushed their government out. And when they did, they installed a brutal NEW government and havent helped the people since.

Why would I be interested on who the BBC or FOX/CNN tell me who the new bad guy is? When they've been wrong before? Im not interested in the latest drama and why everyone has to change their facebook profile and constant advertisement.

How do you even know what my countrymen think or what I think? Blaming the people but not all the western politicians who supported change?
Its quite difficult to rise up when 400,000+ people have been executed, the rest sent out to a war. And obviously no western government wants to help because they prefer the perks of the puppets they have installed.

Im from Iran, there was issues with the people and the government but the western politicians wanted a new puppet, one that wont rise the prices of oil lol. The amount of propoganda from the UK, US, France etc was immense. They literally flew the new dictator from France to Iran and supported everything the new dictator wanted.

Other countries that the west has played silly games with for oil, Libya is one.
Not for the oil by Lebanon and Afghanistan were both messed up from outside influences

I think you have too read again history books, because Iran wasn't always like it's now until USA installed a new regime. To help them of course.

Yes, the US and the UK installed their own regime. But it even under that regime many Iranians had a modern way of life. But the radicals wouldn't have been able to take power as they did without significant public support.

And you're still angry about something that was done by people who are almost all now long dead. Iran's current mess is largely due to the theocratic idiots you have in power and the Iranians who support them.

The modern way of life in Iran predates that. That the dictatorship put to power by the uk and the us didn't totally change that is besides the point. Has any proper democracy ever been a thing so soon after this kind of coup? The radicals would probably not been able to take power if it wasn't for foreign interference. Was that the objective of the western camp? Of course not, but ehh, never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence...

The delusion that Russians only pirate software is charming. Most of the people dont, because steam prices are local based. Its different with a consoles, Russia is far from pirate haven.

You love your assumptions. Im not dismissing anything. And I never said I dont have any sympathy, its awful when people die, are involved in war or any misery and fear.

If you knew some more about iranian politics and how cosy the politicians are behind the scenes with other western politicians then it wouldnt be out of my mind. The people have no power their government and have tried multiple times to change things.
