I tempted to try pull her, but C1 is just a elemental skill charge. She still doing pretty good in combat without cons.

I have pretty good ER on Yelan, so for me, her C1 would be more useful for exploration than for combat. Probably not worth 5 star constellation cost.

Sounds like the kit rumor about her being ATK scaling, a mix of on-field and off-field, and getting additional damage based on HP are true? At least if this weapon leak is true.

Looks like they're trying to ween people off of Zhongli.

Yea. Kinda sickening that this kit is actually good/useful then we have top tier designs like Candace with one of the worst kits in the game.

Yea, I'm not saying I'm going to use him. My Eula team is Eula/Zhongli/Shogun/(healer) Ningguang which is hardly optimal and it already destroys current content. Would Mika be an improvement in every way? Probably. Am I going to level him? Nope. My level 40 Xingqiu, Bennett, Aloy, Heizou can attest to that.

Still, Chocobro is a better designed kit than most 4*s, and you don't need him at C6 to make him work. I hope it's an upward trend and not just some outlier to get people to pull on a character with limited design appeal.

Burst sounds like a lot of fun, and at first read it looks like she plays like Pyro Shogun. Buffs interruption resist, which is cool for a lot of characters.

I'm about 50/50 on if I like this kit as of right now. We need cooldowns and burst cost.

She's a pretty complex character. She's a main DPS, but also has off-field utility. She functions as a tank of sorts by taking damage for others.

I think a lot is gonna come down to scalings, cooldowns, range etc. But at least she seems flexible.

Sounds like a fun kit. Not sure how I feel about that self heal balanced against absorbing teammate damage. I almost would rather it be a weaker heal that happens at a higher threshold.

Then again, percentage heals work great with higher hp values. C1 is a very attractive boost for her.

Honestly shes sold to me.
I mean, acting as a semi-Fichl and being dps at same time? On the paper, this concept its totally sold to me.
My biggest grasp here is her C1. Damn, too much forced imo. Like, it already increases her max HP just having it.

C6 sounds pretty bad. I'm betting it gets changed/buffed. That's a lot of spend to get miniscule differences and something that could be made up for just by grinding artifacts for a year.

As of right now, I'm aiming for C2 in my roll plans. C4 is the obvious "we fucked her energy generation so here's the fix, that'll be $500 please" constellation which kinda rubs me the wrong way.

After reviewing this a few times, Dehya sounds like the BiS Pyro for my Childe team. They can feed off of each other really well.

20 second cooldown on her skill. For FUCKS sake MHY. Her skill has a longer cooldown than her burst. God damn it's like they don't actually play the game they make.

Those cooldowns confuse me. How can you do her E twice if the duration is shorter than the cooldown? Does that mean it can only happen after her burst? Her burst state lasts only 4 seconds? Sounds incomplete and/or bad.
