It's the classic making yourself seem pathetic "Your penis is so big...wow....my penis so small, so small" line

A photo of Aaron Greenberg and a couple of his classic tweets would have the same effect.

pretty sure they beat out nintendo in revenue so thats a blatant lie unless they're just comparing console sales which means nothing in this day and age and their overall strategy
Hell, even Activision is worth more than Nintendo, which makes all of this acquisition shit, insane!

Assuming the FTC isn't full of shit, they may have just found their smoking gun. If Microsoft doesn't want the court reading the contracts that Microsoft says demonstrate their multiplatform commitments, you better believe it's because Microsoft's contracts means they don't have to keep those "commitments". If I were the FTC, I'd be making quite a bit of noise about this aspect to get those testimonies included.

it released in August just mere months after the acquisition was completed, likely it was too far along for them to cancel unlike everything since then

or else why did smaller stuff like Hi-Fi Rush not get released even on Switch which seems perfect for it? and we know they actually canceled Redfall for PS5 despite it being an online co-op focused game which could have benefitted from a larger install base
Oh so in that case it doesn't count then. What about quake 2 remastered out in two months? Multi plat or exclusive?

I think after the recent showcase it really shows how many studios they own and how they already have the ability to compete - they have the best chance right now, they don't need this at all and activision doesn't need this.

Because it's not about competing, it's about a EEE mission statement that never left the company's DNA. Even a "thought experiment" on it.

And the EC was fine with this, what a joke.
EC loves their future levies to counteract their failing currency. Fuck the consumer. We will distract them with removable batteries, side loading, and USB-C "wins."

How are the Nintendo and Sony figures redacted? They are public knowledge FFS. Is it because the Nintendo figure is bullshit? Isn't Xbox third after Sony & Tencent?

Wonder what's up with that, were they in a rush to give MS the greenlight? Doesn't seem normal to accept remedies that in practice seem very complicated to enforce and then not come out with the details.

Exactly. They said they are agreeing on the basis of accepting remedies without a plan to enforce said remedies.

It's bogus. They would have just been better off saying there are no remedies, they can't be bothered to fight it and that they prefer to issue fines and be done with it.

Smells like corruption. Mild shock with the European Union. "Remove your country's flag from your desk, sir!"

I think they've had the ability to compete all along. What they haven't been able to do is win or dominate and so along came acquiring big third-party publishers.

I wouldn't say they have a high profit margin MS, Sony and playstation uses the majority of its revenue to pump it back into its business because of how expensive development is

FTC should ask MS to tell the court how much money did they lose on Xbox before finding profit.

All those times we ere told to stop asking what's behind the curtain lol. And all those meaningless financial reports with percentages with no real context.
