No, lets the players have choice. I suspect the achievement breakdown will make it pretty obvious where the audience lies, which is why these games don't weaponize achievements like this very often.

It was certainly less distracting than a trans bartender who openly talks about his identity, but at a time when Britain was probably about 99% white (it was 95% as recently as 1985!) it stood out.

It was a well made game and I don't think anyone that matters boycott it.

The sort of people that do are those whose minds briefly ponder if it should be called "peoplecott" instead and these folks are on their way out of the gene pool.

This IP is incredibly progressive as it is, but then they take the author to task for not being 100% in agreement with their views, which is contrary to how most human beings function.

Only the most authoritarian cultures impose this sort of purity test.
