Absolutely not.
Why do you feel so strongly about that game that you had to make it clear you absolutely won't get it? Why not just a simple "no"? Does that game make you feel uncomfortable?

After reading that this game won't have an easy mode, and the difficulty is comparable to The Witcher 3's (slightly below) Death March, I think I might be out. I don't have time to grind and to level up for an infinite amount of time, just to be able to do what I love the most about open world games: Explore.

I'm simply not interested in it as I find it generic looking, nothing beyond that. Does my wording make you uncomfortable?

I can change it to a simple no if it'd make you feel better.

I have it pre ordered on PC. I have liked everything I've seen so far, it's a game made for me.

I don't need an influencer or blogger to tell me if it's good or not, I'll make that discovery myself.

I'm getting it day 1. I have back surgery on the 25th so i have a week before surgery and 6 weeks recovery. Timing couldn't be more perfect as long as I wake up after surgery:messenger_winking_tongue:

Thank God you need back surgery! ha!
I haven't been this hyped for a game in awhile. Not sure why. Too many copy and paste safe games? Too many games not focusing on fun/gameplay?
Game not trying to force some agenda? Maybe all of that?

It sounds like this has a ton of exploration and that is my favorite thing to do in games. I hope we all enjoy it for awhile and don't get bored after a few hours.

Good luck with the back surgery! And be careful, you might wake up inside the game.

Good luck man

Only 15% on "team no" in this crucible of haters?

"Maybe" means that if most people love the game, they might give it a try, which is a reasonable position but still a no, despite all the previews.

If you like open worlds (pre-requisite to vote, IMO) and players say the game is good, why not?

I am interested that the game lets you fly. So, it is one hell of an engine. There are floating ruins to explore.

I am curious if there is stuff under water too.

It sounds like the game world is absurdly big.

I think I'm going to play on PS5 Pro but also get it on Steam for my sons unless something comes out of the reviews that make me think otherwise

I've got the deluxe edition preordered and am getting a PS5 Pro partly because of it.

I also know a lot about it from watching previews so my expectations are firmly in check. There will be downsides to this game. The upsides will heavily outweigh them for me.

I think some people who are saying no are going to end up buying it regardless after reviews drop. Game is going to do huge numbers assuming it reviews well.

I'm definitely impressed with what I saw from the Digital Foundry deep dive. I'm not preordering until I see a decent amount of footage with PSSR 2.0, as I loathe that nasty shimmering affect.

It looks so awesome, but some of the previews have given me pause, particularly when talking about the controls. I'm old and have lost any and all patience for games that don't click with me right away, so I'm hesitant to pull the trigger on this one. I'll likely wait for more hands-on impressions and reviews around release time.

I was tempted, but a single player game that isn't going to work off the disc is a no at launch for me.

I might pick it up when it is under ÂŁ20, unless a stand alone version that works off the disc with no online requirement appears earlier.

Waiting for reviews, all this hype but for me looks quite boring. Even graphics though technical great are kinda off for me (maybe too much saturation ?). Looks like it will be great game for people that like discover very big open world and create their own fun, but guessing story telling and coherent main missions probably will be lacking.

I'll wait to see PC benchmarks and Xbox performance.

it's Play Anywhere, so I might get the Xbox version.

if it runs bad on PS5, Series X and mid range PCs... I'll wait.

hearing leaked stories and walktroughts ts not my kind of game, it has big fights , bosses but thts not my kind of rpg, the game is supposbly low on story characters and in deprth rpg depth. for anyone whos a fan of dark souls games and action games this game wil be fun for you but for me who needs more depth i wil skip

I'm so fed up with huge open world games. This looks like a chore to play.
Yeah. That is kind of the problem with these kinds of games. Too damn big.

I run into that with Dragon's Dogma and Elden Ring too. Elden Ring makes it worse because it is so damn hard.
