I think you'll see it shipped Monday with notification and money taken out.
Amazon might do the whole "preparing for shipment" thing later today for all we know. If you can't pay for it, you may as well cancel it now. Or sell it to someone that wasn't able to order one, and then use that money to pay for it.

I am not. The plan is to stay awake for 5-6 days. It all depends on if I'm gonna be healthy or not during this. During Dark Souls launch, everything went wrong (literally everything btw. The game turned out to be a disappointment, my finger infection, I got the flu) and I only got to 3 days but hopefully I this won't be the case for D3.

It really does seem kinda silly about there not being a digital CE, simply for the people who might want the in-game stuff and don't mind going without the physical goods. I imagine a couple friends could work something out like that, trading codes for the different versions. Of course in this case, the DCE hopefully would only be a maximum of $5 more than standard.

You have a choice to take it away in the interface-options though... so this really shouldn't affect your class-decision.

That video didn't really tell me anything I didn't know, but I've been worried about DH Inferno viability ever since the topic first popped up. With the main stat (dex) feeding Dodge, how well is Dodge going to scale? Will I be able to dodge boss attacks in Hell/Inferno, or am I going to get obliterated? Will I need all damage reduction gear to be competitive?
Theorycrafting is hard work.

Kripparrian works with all that's available (and sometimes what's not available) :3. As soon as the game is released, he'll give you "Kripp-tips" and knowledge-bombs that'll be really good to know for inferno/HC.

No, when you join a co-op game they disappear.
In the beta, the follower goes away when you're in a party. He sticks around just long enough to do a quest sequence, and then he goes away if memory serves.

I can't decide if I should stay up all day today and go to sleep so I can have my normal sleeping schedule back or if I should keep sleeping at the crack of dawn. If I keep sleeping at the crack of dawn, I can play after the midnight, but if I get normal sleep I can wake up to a day off with Diablo and my brother will be awake to play with.

They didn't want this to become like D2 where the follower can get utterly ridiculous. There were some points in 1.12 where you could've made your followers dps even higher than yourself. Like, what the fuck?
So yeah, they only work when you play the game alone. And even then, I don't think they'll be nowhere near as strong as they were in D2.
