So you didn't even count grams and stuff for what you ate? Guess potatoes and bread (starches in general) were totally eliminated?
Yeah I was VERY low carb. I would say 20-30 grams per day.
Carby foods 100% gone.......too much temptation. However, I could eat all the low carb food I want as long as I made sure I was aware of what i was eating (which generally limits me).
