First of all, give him Sucker Punch. The fact that he doesn't have it already is simply preposterous.

Second, Mach Punch and a unique Dark-type priority move. He needs to be able to finish fools off quickly.

Third, Cotton Guard and Recover. I don't care how much sense it makes.

Finally, Earthquake, Close Combat and immunity to weather effects. Make that hood good for something!

I dont think VS Seeker is in Ruby, just PokeNAV...which is not as good.
