I don't see how digital titles execute while retail titles don't. The lines are blurred further now with full game downloads available. Sony has been pushing this aspect pretty hard with new releases on PS3, and MS has a decent collection of full game downloads as well.
I wouldn't like it, but I'd pay an up sell price to be able to acquire full B/C. I wonder if those HDMI in ports, which are shown in patents, are designed to address this problem. Hook your 360 into your Durango, or PS3 into your Orbis to access those files. But in this case, wouldn't you need to power on both consoles anyway? Seems to be a messy solution.

i'm not massively pissed about the non-BC on the ps3 because i always planned on keeping my ps3 for at least the blu-ray player on my other TV. but the 360 is worthless once the new xbox comes out. it is annoying on ps3 too though that i would have to switch over to my ps3 if i wanted to play some of my DD games

I'm excited about the PS4 for my guess that the camera which works with the system is going to be 3D camera that will simulate 3D effects without needing to own a 3DTV.
