They should've just balanced its stats better than nerfing it death with a shitty ability.
Gen V really threw me off with the designs.. Majority of them look like space creatures to me rather than Pokémon.. Still don't like half of them to this day..
Tyrantrum has really blown the doors wide open on Gen VI designs. Without exaggeration, its pretty much perfect. I can't wait to raise it. I wonder if its massively sized or just as big as Charizard.
I can't wait to see the rest of the Pokedex.... Gonna have to wait till launch, damn it....

Oh and I noticed that Tyrantrum doesn't have a "solid" color. It has orange patches on some of its areas. Cool detail there!

I like Tyrantrum but I'm not sure if I agree on this sentiment which is pretty widespread.
I think Krookodile for example is way better of a design than Tyrantrum. Granted overall this gens design is top tier so far. Only ones I've really disliked has been Fabebe and Swirlix. Everything else I've liked/loved to varying degrees.

My favorite Fossil Pokemon is the Lilleep/Cradilly line, even thought they're often forgotten because they're not a creature most people recognize, I find them pretty neat looking. I've never used them in battle though.
My favorite Fossil Pokemon, battling wise, is Carracosta. Sure, it's nothing special or that unique, another Water/Rock, sea turtle, but I really like using him regardless, he's got a simplistic yet powerful design imo.
