A bit overdue but seems like Ricoh was serious when acquiring Pentax, already fixing many things Hoya wasn't able to or didn't care enough to do. In some ways, finally catching up to competitors; in the others, surpassing them for cameras in the same class. I guess flash system will be next thing to fix.
