Oh ok. I always assumed it had to do more with whether they were in CM in dota 1 than if they were new to Dota 2. Wasn't sure who was in CM in D1

That's a good point. I was thinking you could maybe see this face under the helm/skull of what we're seeing on the New Bloom page but what you just said makes more sense.
