Yeah it did sound like that, I'm curious about that.

Hearing him seemed to be the moment Abe reached for the water though, that would be weird if it was the moment he turned right?

Pretty sure Maggie said he was going to be alright(or something to that effect)

What an awful episode. Anyone else think they fucked up by getting rid of Gareth and co? I get that people didn't want them to stay in Terminus but at least the danger of the cannibals is a bit more interesting than these cops.

And that final scene was so awful... So awful that I can't believe they did it. Who didn't see that happening from like 1000 miles away? WHO? I have never seen a group more inept at being able to keep a captive. And to turn your back on him? Just laughable.

I'm fine with how quick Terminus ended, I just expected all of this hospital stuff would be better as it has been good the past few weeks. This was the stall episode to make the finale bigger. I'm guessing we won't even wrap this shit up till next year.

Sorry, but the characters in the show aren't omnipotent. They're not expert survivalists. Is it really that hard to believe that sometime like Sasha would get fooled into letting her guard down, especially after losing Bob not long ago? Imperfect characters are going to do imperfect and sometimes really stupid things.

I really liked the first two or three episodes of this season, but the storyline with the cops and the hospital just isn't interesting at all. I've been bored these last few weeks and that mid-season finale promo didn't get me hyped either.

You knew exactly what you were doing. Context is very important.
Dunno man; thinking that was a racial dig was certainly not the first thought that crossed my mind, either.

But anyway, as long as the show keeps Sasha, Maggie and Rosita around, I will keep watching. All of it's mistakes, all of it's failings...I can tolerate them as long as the three of them are still up there.

These are some fine, curvaceous woman. Maggie's got a great ass, too. Not enough for me to eat poop out of, tho.

Surprise guest on Talking Dead next week. Going to assume that it's going to be
Melissa McBride. I don't see Carol living even if the group manages to get her and Beth back. The internal bleeding will do her in.
. Next week I also don't expect a intense ending either but perhaps an emotional one.

Oh Jeez, I can see it now.
Carol dies and then we have to deal with Daryl blaming Beth, and all that BS.

They've had plenty of surprise guests without deaths, I think sometimes they just like to screw with the viewers expectations.

That said, it's the midseason finale so a death could definitely happen.

That and the special previews from The Talking Dead that always turn out to be nothing.

I hope Rick looks Dawn in the eye and shoots her in the goddamn head in the midseason finale. She makes me cringe when she speaks.

Solid episode tonight, good setup. Sasha smh. Also the character beats are so much more enjoyable now than they used to be. I liked the rosita/glenn/tara bits. I liked Abraham reaching for the water. Maggie taking control. Rick holding back. Daryl trying to take the calm approach (and failing).

Tyrese tho, lol. Brah...

Wish we could get rid of Sasha and Tyreese, two of the worst characters on the show now.

Seriously, how often do people have to try to do things "not Rick's way" before they realize you only get yourselves screwed?

I'm just going to assume you're being sarcastic for my own sanity.

It's worth pointing out that the "cop's" name was Bob too, which likely made her put more trust in him than she should have. We saw her perk up when he said stated his name.

I thought it was dumb that they brought Tyreese with them on their mission to rescue Carol and Beth. He's pretty much useless in battle - they should have taken Carl or Michonne instead.

If they had left Tyrese at the church, Beth and Carol would be rescued by now.

That ending cliffhanger was probably one of the worst in the whole series. I appreciated the idea of Sasha connecting with Cop Bob and trying to help him in the way that she couldn't be helped but... it's probably something that sounded better on paper compared to how it actually played out.

Fun episode overall. Ricktatorship all up in dat ass. No clue what's gonna happen in the mid-season finale. I just hope they don't plan on extending this hospital vs O.G. triple O.G. Rick into the second half of the season. Rick and Carol need to go SSJ3 fusion and annihilate these clowns, then meet back up with Abraham and get back on the road.

That Sasha stuff was so dumb. I mean come on, writers. Was that the best way you could let a hostage escape?

His name was Bob. He was African American, just like her Bob....so of course she would let her guard down and fall for that story. Classic Walking Dead writing.

That was kind of a dull episode that was all over the place. The stuff with Abe was just kinda there. Couldn't they have cut that stuff and had more scenes with Rick and co? And then they even had to have stuff back at the church to make it feel even more disjointed. Add in a couple of scenes with Beth wandering around for maximum whatever.

I will admit that Darryl ripping that head off and bonking the dude with it was kind of cool. But at the same time it made me laugh pretty hard. Rick brandishing that gun and his stare was awesome tho. And what the heck did she find in the muddy bag of that walker that was so amazing? Was it the yoyo?

And they really had to mention 3 different names for walkers? "Rotters" and "dead ones". Those writers are so clever.
