What if Daryl and Carol found Beth. And then Carol offered whoever took Beth her own life in exchange for Beth. So Daryl is actually bringing her (beth) back. And next week will be a flashback for most of the episode showing what happened to Beth leading up to Daryl and Carol finding her.

And now we see whether or not they go back to get Carol or whether she gave her life to save beth. Just speculation of course.

So I am guessing that this stuff with Daryl/Beth will take one or two episodes before catching back up to where they are now with Michonne running in to him and whoever he is with at the end of this last episode.

So for the remaining few episodes they will flip-flop back and forth between the two groups, I am guessing. I hope they handle it better than S3 or whatever it was where they kept going between Rick and Andrea without addressing the other group for an episode or two at a time. Should be half and half each episode I think.

Crazy. This is exactly what I was thinking happened. Almost word for word.

This season is so packed with suspense, and action. They went balls out so early. I hope they can continue this pace, it's amazing!

Oh, maybe...didn't the symbol show up before that though, like it was the "mark" of Terminus?

Nope. The people at Terminus organized the groups they took in by lettered Train Cars. The scared hippie kid, for example, was from D car (in fact all the people killed by the butchers in the scene before the attack were).

The A was shown all throughout Rick's group being "herded" through the facility. Just markers showing the path they needed people to take to get to whatever Train Car they wanted to hold them in.

Beth escaped. They find beth walking along and catches her. I mean how long were Carol and Daryl gone for? A day or two? Very just did a season 1 Rick on us and ends up finding the black guy on the way too.

Is it me or did they resolve the hunters too quickly?

I wanted to see them fuck more with ricks crew and then see rick go apeshit, torturing them or something

Nah, I'm glad they got it over with. It's bad enough they spent what, nearly two seasons dealing with that Governor garbage.

What was so special about this episode? And what cliffhanger people are talking about? I feel like I watched a completely different episode. I mean it wasn't bad, but I was in my last 15min of the episode when I read some of the comments in this thread and made me so excited for the end. But felt like it was all for fucking nothing lol

No way brah, they resolved it in the perfect amount of time! This new version of Rick ain't got time for any of that bullshit.

A lot happened in the episode. The Boss himself Rick somehow got more badass and ended the cannibals. Bob is gone. The group is split up. The cliffhanger is finding out what happened to carol and if it's her or beth that came back with daryl.

even abraham knew where respect was due after that night. Good lawd. He immediately apologized, he was having none of that wrath.

Cannot believe they are splitting up again. These people are too dumb to live.

If they kill Carol in these flashbacks I will be beyond pissed, but I'm looking forward at seeing post-apocalyptic cities again. So tired of the countryside. Once you've seen one forest, you've seen them all.

Excellent, all right then. I just couldn't remember when it was first seen.

Thanks!

I must say, Gimple and Co. nailed the Fear the Hunters arc.

Also,

"TAINTED MEAT!"

Lawrence Gilliard Jr. was great in that scene. RIP Bob

Poor whipped Eugene :(

"C'mon Eugene, we're leaving."

"I don't wanna."

"NOW"

"okay :("

lol

Holy shit, that was an awesome message he wrote on the map :)

Abraham is awesome. Glad they're doing justice to his character so far.

Mmm, I could see that, though I would be surprised if Daryl would just let Carol sacrifice herself like that. I really really hope they didn't kill Carol off (I could see them maybe (comic spoiler)
cutting her hand off ala Comic Rick
...) but I've had suspicions ever since the premiere where Carol (awesomely, but also oddly) received the lion's share of screen time and cool moments. It felt like Carol's Last Hurrah, but I hope I'm wrong.
