Guy is a royal dick
How is he still employed?
Nobody really listens to Opie and Anthony anymore, so he's been kind of saved by his own irrelevance. How is he still employed?
Not condoning this guy's tirade, but when you are out in public you have no reasonable expectation of privacy. Your photo may be taken. This does not give you the right to assault someone.
This reminds me of the recent incident where a kid was playing with his quadcopter at the beach and a girl attacked him thinking he was photographing women in their swimsuits.
The way these guys think, it's not being racist unless you call them a nigger. And even then you can just deflect and say that black people do it, too.

Yeah but when you take creeper pics you have no expectation of not getting your ass kicked.
o&a is terrible, the only reason to tune in is dead.
Don't really see how he could take an upskirt or anything of the sort when she is several feet away. Like I said, physically assaulting someone for taking a photograph on the street is unacceptable. (assuming of course, that he isn't just making things up for publicity's sake).
Truth.
Apparently it's really hard to get fired from digital radio. Digital Radio is where Rush Limbaugh ran to after traditional radio wouldn't stand for those racist, anti-left daily diatribes, and apparently he's doing quite well there.

He said she only physically assaulted him after he called her a "@#*&@". Whatever that word was. (We all know what that word probably was.)
She was in the middle of tourist central aka Times Square, I don't believe he was innocently taking a picture at all. And take into account his TV show, its not hard to believe that this isnt somehow his fault.
Just because you say racist things when you aren't angry doesn't make you a racist. Everyone says racist things when they get angry!
Exactly! Racism is just a natural part of human anger!
If he had just been attacked he was probably upset, but of course he should have known better than to take to Twitter with it.
It's not okay to be a racist asshole either. It's not okay to physically assault someone for calling you a bad name, either.
Last i checked louie ck was still alive
It's not okay to be a racist asshole either.
Why was he taking a photo of that woman anyway?
Reveal themselves? Anthony has been like this for years.I really do love Twitter. It's such a great tool for idiots to so easily reveal themselves.
What she did was not illegal. You can argue morals all you want but there is no kink in the chain here.I'm just playing the devil's advocate. Times Square is probably one of the most photographed places on earth.
That doesn't make a whit of difference. Anyone can be photographed on the street, including police officers in most states.

Yeah it is legal, but taking pics of a random stranger in a tight dress is creepy as fuck and I give 0 fucks if someone gets their ass kicked for it. In fact I would support a law that would allow anyone to kick that shit out of some creepy public photographer.

Well I guess it's a good thing you're not a lawmaker then?
Because...
I see Seanspeeding is gonna become a thing in this kind of threads.
Since when is punching someone legal?
Because allowing people to legally beat up and assault other people for taking photographs of them in public is a bad idea?
Because...
If someone was being aggressive and she felt threatened shes well within her rights to defend herself.
That doesn't make a whit of difference. Anyone can be photographed on the street, including police officers in most states.
If *she* has a job with the public spotlight on her, she should be fired from it. I don't know that she does. But he certainly does.
If someone was being aggressive and she felt threatened shes well within her rights to defend herself.
Taking a photo of a woman on the street is creepy and inappropriate, regardless of context.

Well, the fact that he has a concealed carry permit and was carrying and did not shoot her for assaulting him makes this a fine story to refute people saying if you have a gun you will automatically escalate the situation to a shooting.

How did he get a concealed carry permit in NYC? I thought you needed to be a security guard or someone who transports valuables for work in order to get one.

If I shoved a camera into your face, you'd be okay with it? I mean, its legal right?
He's not saying it isn't creepy, he's saying that it didn't justify an assault from the woman (at least I think). From what I can gather, it sounds like they're both in the wrongTaking a photo of a woman on the street is creepy and inappropriate, regardless of context.
I don't think that's how self-defense works.
We don't know if he was being aggressive. Seems to me like she escalated things to a physical attack, not the other way around.
We already know he called her a something offensive before the altercation and he went on twitter openly stating he should've pulled a gun on her. How do we know he wouldnt say the same to her then?If I shoved a camera into your face, you'd be okay with it? I mean, its legal right?
That's not how self-defense works guy.
You are in your legal right to defend yourself if you are put in immediate danger.
