How is he still employed?

Apparently it's really hard to get fired from digital radio. Digital Radio is where Rush Limbaugh ran to after traditional radio wouldn't stand for those racist, anti-left daily diatribes, and apparently he's doing quite well there.

Not condoning this guy's tirade, but when you are out in public you have no reasonable expectation of privacy. Your photo may be taken. This does not give you the right to assault someone.

This reminds me of the recent incident where a kid was playing with his quadcopter at the beach and a girl attacked him thinking he was photographing women in their swimsuits.

Yeah but when you take creeper pics you have no expectation of not getting your ass kicked.

Don't really see how he could take an upskirt or anything of the sort when she is several feet away. Like I said, physically assaulting someone for taking a photograph on the street is unacceptable. (assuming of course, that he isn't just making things up for publicity's sake).

He said she only physically assaulted him after he called her a "@#*&@". Whatever that word was. (We all know what that word probably was.)

They aren't on online radio, they are on satellite(SiriusXM).

She was in the middle of tourist central aka Times Square, I don't believe he was innocently taking a picture at all. And take into account his TV show, its not hard to believe that this isnt somehow his fault.

It's not okay to physically assault someone for calling you a bad name, either.

I'm just playing the devil's advocate. Times Square is probably one of the most photographed places on earth.

Just because you say racist things when you aren't angry doesn't make you a racist. Everyone says racist things when they get angry!

Exactly! Racism is just a natural part of human anger!

If he had just been attacked he was probably upset, but of course he should have known better than to take to Twitter with it.

I see Seanspeeding is gonna become a thing in this kind of threads.

Dude sounds like a coward (big surprise!). I can't respect anyone who pops shit after an event. If you were that pressed you should have done something. Instead he wants to play the bully role in a studio lol.

He lives alone and seems to spend a lot of time searching the internet for news and videos that he can fume about and feed his racism with. It's super unfortunate because when he's not ranting about black people or politics he really is one of the funniest and most quick witted people I've ever heard.

I listen to O&A every day, but I download the show after it airs so I have the luxury of fast forwarding through sections where they ignorantly bitch about stuff. Seems to be more and more of the show these days..

Ron & fez is where it's really at, though

That doesn't make a whit of difference. Anyone can be photographed on the street, including police officers in most states.

Yeah it is legal, but taking pics of a random stranger in a tight dress is creepy as fuck and I give 0 fucks if someone gets their ass kicked for it. In fact I would support a law that would allow anyone to kick that shit out of some creepy public photographer.

What she did was not illegal. You can argue morals all you want but there is no kink in the chain here.

Since when is punching someone legal?

Well I guess it's a good thing you're not a lawmaker then?

He's an ass, but I'm not sure that's true. Like even above, saying it's not okay to be a racist either.

It's not as an employer, but otherwise, it technically IS okay.

Reprehensible as all fuck and deserving of revilement, but that doesn't mean you can go vigilante on them either.

Patrice you son of a bitch, we need you to weigh in.

I think Patrice would agree that Anthony is being racist about it, but also that he's right to be pissed.

Also, hard to tell but the girl looks pretty hot. Maybe she's self absorbed and thought he was perving on her. Looks like she wants to start shit based on this pic, she's got the finger wag already going lol:

How did he get a concealed carry permit in NYC? I thought you needed to be a security guard or someone who transports valuables for work in order to get one.

If *she* has a job with the public spotlight on her, she should be fired from it. I don't know that she does. But he certainly does.

He's definitely skirting the line, but it sounds like the guy made a career doing so.

If someone was being aggressive and she felt threatened shes well within her rights to defend herself.

We don't know if he was being aggressive. Seems to me like she escalated things to a physical attack, not the other way around.

Taking a photo of a woman on the street is creepy and inappropriate, regardless of context.

Regardless of context? What if it's a fashion photographer taking shots of a model? What if it's a husband taking a photo of his wife? What if its her friend taking a photo of a girl's night out? Context seems pretty important, doesn't it?

I posted the story elsewhere on GAF before but a know a white girl who feels this way. A drunk black man shoved her in a bar and her boy friend and 4 other white men decided to chase this man 5 blocks hurling racial epithets at him because -- after all -- he assaulted her. I was asked to understand their anger.

If I shoved a camera into your face, you'd be okay with it? I mean, its legal right?

She didn't have to lose her shit but at the same time she thinks this guy is perving on her.

If someone was being aggressive and she felt threatened shes well within her rights to defend herself.

That's not how self-defense works guy.

You are in your legal right to defend yourself if you are put in immediate danger.

I don't think a camera puts you in immediate danger.

Well, the fact that he has a concealed carry permit and was carrying and did not shoot her for assaulting him makes this a fine story to refute people saying if you have a gun you will automatically escalate the situation to a shooting.

How can that possibly be your take away from this situation?

He's bitched on the show about how hard it was to get. I think he argued he was a public figure or some such. Don't take my word on that though.

That is absurd.

Do you find this picture creepy and inappropriate?

There's a woman in it! Quick, beat him up!

He's not saying it isn't creepy, he's saying that it didn't justify an assault from the woman (at least I think). From what I can gather, it sounds like they're both in the wrong

I don't think that's how self-defense works.

We already know he called her a something offensive before the altercation and he went on twitter openly stating he should've pulled a gun on her. How do we know he wouldnt say the same to her then?

It's legal in the court of law, but in the court of being a decent human being and interacting with people in the moment, it can be a shitty thing to do.

Everyone thinks people should be cool with "artists" taking people's pictures because they are in public. I don't think this is true when people have shown that they use these pictures to upload onto the internet to shame and embarrass the "subjects" of these pictures.

If someone asks you not to take a picture of their ass, it's not them stomping on your freedom. They are asking you to be a decent fucking human being.

He is very rich. Hes detailed on the show all of the forms and stuff hes had to go through to get it. He has quite a few cop friends, too, which I'm sure helped.
