Matt Hardy Involved in Chris Jericho Incident
Posted Jan 28th 2010 2:51PM by TMZ Staff
WWE star Matt Hardy was among a group of people involved in an early morning incident that led to the arrests of Chris Jericho and Greg "Hurricane" Helms, this according to law enforcement sources.
Witnesses told cops Hardy was in a taxi with Jericho, Helms and several others Wednesday morning -- when Helms allegedly struck three people ... including one female.
Witnesses say Hardy took off on foot -- just like Helms allegedly did -- when the cab driver pulled over at a Kentucky gas station and called 911.
We're told Helms came back to the scene and was arrested -- but Hardy was gone for good. Cops are not pursuing any sort of action against Hardy.
As we first reported, the female passenger decided not to file charges against Helms over the alleged attack. Helms and Jericho were arrested for "alcohol intoxication in a public place."

Bret doesn't want to interfere with their career, thats what I get from hearing the last few interviews he did in 2009.x Power Pad Death Stomp x said:Any idea why the Hart Dynasty are not involved in the Bret/Vince angle? Seems like a golden opportunity to help them get over.....
That's a bummer. They could be tag champs right now and be put over with Hart in the fold (not necessarily a manager role) and a win over DX. Of course, only way that happens is if DX actually defends the titles themselves.infinityBCRT said:Bret doesn't want to interfere with their career, thats what I get from hearing the last few interviews he did in 2009.

If the WWE had any sense, they'd capitalize on this and put Helms in Punk's cult.El Pescado said:I saw this on another board, but this is probably the best part of this entire Jericho, Hurricane, Hardy story...
