FFXII looks incredible, I played it on PS3 myself, I have a launch unit. Looked pretty decent at the time, certainly noticeably better than on PS2.

It really does. The amount of detail that got washed out and blurred away in the original release always surprises me.

Awesome little Mars base.

Such awesome potential for a multiplayer lies in the Map Editor, and Ubisoft screwed it up with it's fucking Call of Duty playlist.

Wanny, those shots are neat but is there any way to change how the DOF is applied? In your game it looks stylized, almost as if it's a watercolor effect.

It's just a manual aperture setup from me doable in most Skyrim DOFs. I'm pretty much overkilling on it because, well, I'm bored and just trying to be original with each shot lol. I should try more DOF files out in the wild...

Ah. I think it looks great in screenshots, but it's so pronounced I imagine it negatively affecting gameplay.

It does look original. It's just not rendering the way I would expect DOF to, like from an actual camera.

Yea I want to achieve eyes DOF. It is similar to a camera, but at the same time not quite. More bokeh and less blur would probably look more natural.

ah sorry it's just the share option on flickr. Takes less work to post screens. It automatically puts the links below and makes them clickable. I can change that though if it causes problems for people.

No, don't do that man. It's perfect the way it is.

Some of us use 'click the scroll wheel' and drag to mouse to scroll a page, when some idiot uses clickable screenshots I can't scroll and end up with a browser bar full of open tabs. Some annoying shit and nobody wants to see people's imagehost or go nuts in their little private gallery.

When you know how these games looks vanilla, it cannot be unseen. Then, you find the time to appreciate modded looks. :P

Woah. When youre done tweaking it you gotta share your mod list/configs and whatnot.

One day I'll find the time to make a complete list for once.

First time posting screenshots in here, pretty sure I'm breaking more than half a dozen rules already.

Edit: I posted this in another forum and it completely ruined the resolution..

I don't have a screenshot to post. Instead I have some questions.

I have GTA San Andreas on Steam. Unfortunately, it does not support 1920x1080 as a resolution.

It kind of leaves a mess on the screen as my monitor upscales the max resolution of 1680x1050. I didn't think it would cause a problem, but things like chain link fences and sidewalks look blurry.

I have been using the nvida control panel to force Q CSAA and SuperSampling. But it doesn't seem to help.

Anyone here have tips on how to make San Andreas look its best?

Actually somebody released a proper widescreen mod last month that add support for 1080p and gives you a proper non-stretched UI in GTA 3, Vice City, San Andreas, Max Payne1 and Max Payne 2.

I only tried it in San Andreas and it works really well.

Heck, I even managed to fix SAAC 1.2 to work in Windows 7 so I was able to play GTA:SA yesterday in full 1080p with proper Xbox 360 Controller support.

This would have been an amazing shot without the UI. I'm a DoF whore, Skyrim is candy to me.

This page is seriously making me consider reinstalling Fallout 3.

FO3 with fully casted shadows like Skyrim would probably be as gorgeous. Stuff like tall buildings and huge objects are still not creating shadows to other objects in the environment. It would be night and day. I have big faith in Boris (enb author). :P
