The game keeps crashing when I get out to the surface for the first time. I am not happy.

They are considered non-canon Alternate Universe stories. Same with the Hoth DLC and the Endor DLC for TFU 2 that never hit PC. Nice shots though, I did a replay of both games recently too.
The human modelling kind of drags it down..
Is it just me or did I play the Hoth DLC on the PC Version last week? Ah, yes.
I was referring specifically to the Endor DLC for TFU2. Finding the Hoth DLC is painfully obvious since it's listed right next to the rest of it in the menu.
Yeah, like a lot of not-so-screenshotable games
I'm just surprised it's this bad, for a Metro game.
Am I missing all the amazing screenshots of Metro 2033 that are causing anyone to be surprised by this? I didn't' find that to be a very screenshottable game either, even with a semi-functioning no-clip. The environments, while technically impressive, aren't very.... aesthetically pleasing. If that makes sense.
I'm going to try and hack in a way to fly around in this game as well to see if that helps.
I was hoping Metro: LL shots would blow me away.
What the hell happened?
Seen lots of beautiful, atmospheric Metro 2033 shots.
However the smoke / smog effect is awful in LL and it seems to lack clarity as well, looks smudged.
I was hoping Metro: LL shots would blow me away.
What the hell happened?
I was going to make this a bullshot but it seems that removing the HUD was patched out of the game a while ago![]()
I believe it's because the game uses FXAA and it can't be turned off.
It's funny, Last Light just doesn't look that hot in screenshots.
Here's my sad attempt at powering through the FXAA with ... Lumasharpen. I'm so ashamed.
Don't judge me.
Am I to assume that's 4K w/ 4x SSAA, or are you being merciful to your cards?
Might have to check out RE6. Should have picked it up during some of the recent sales. Is the gameplay/story good?
I was hoping Metro: LL shots would blow me away.

I think I probably hate Resident Evil 6 about the most of anyone on NeoGAF. I think it's a disgusting abomination of a game that is miserable to play and fairly miserable to look at and getting respectable screenshots requires a lot of effort to hide ugly stretched textures.
Jim Sterling had the right idea with that 4/10.
I'm playing the game only for screenshots and it's a fairly quick moving process. Infinite health, infinite ammo, all weapons, Amateur difficulty for the QTE assitance and all.
I finished Leon and Chris' campaigns on the 360 last year, hated them both. Miserable existence. I just finished Ada's campaign on PC yesterday for the first time and it was the best of all of them, only because Ada is an awesome character. It's extremely short and reuses assets from the other 3 main campaigns, including entire boss fights. Lame as fuck.
I'm halfway through Leon's campaign only for screenshots and it's just the epitome of awful game design in every way possible, I'm being reminded. I will go through and play Chris and Wesker's campaigns for screenshots, only because it's so painless with the trainer.
The Mercs mode is the sole redeeming aspect, it is a HELL OF A LOT OF FUN! Campaign is detestable garbage.
Easily the second worst AAA game of 2012, after Medal of Honor: Warfighter.
If you can avoid the rampant stretched low-rez textures I think the game is rather photogenic, though.
wow. Last Light doesn't look as good as i thought it would....
