That's all Mcfails doing. He doesn't call plays, he lets players do what they want and Harden is the main man on the team. Harden is only 23 so I cut him some slack even when it pisses me off when he's badly off and still shooting. This is his first time being the main man (scoring) on an NBA team. A real coach would have told him to stop the ball hogging and crap at the end, might have been benched, but he just gets calls. The fact that Parsons wasn't getting the ball at all points directly at Mchale's shit job at coaching that Gundy was praising for some reason :|

They work well when they run pick and roll O and they do have games were they sync up well (Lin gets benched way too much by Mchale for no reason and it's really messed with his confidence imo), but they didn't do any of that in the 4th. It was hand the ball off too Harden at the top of key and then let him try to draw a foul. It was disgusting to watch when you know that Parsons was hot all night. I didn't like Mchales coaching last season and I find it even more annoying this season.

No way Morey flips Parsons when he has him for two more years and his contract is so cheap since he was a 2nd round pick lol NBA scounts. He's too good and no one is worth that they could trade for.
