I want some trades to go ahead and happen. I'm tired of us being on the edge of the 8-9 seed and nothing going down. If we manage to lose our pick to Chicago and still miss the playoffs I might have to start rooting for the Warriors.

So you want to be for Steph what Konex is for Kobe?

We're better than our record at least. Having so many back2backs early on while we had so many injuries really hurt us. Even with the schedule getting tougher, we should be looking better with more time between games.

I wanted that Turner trade to happen though. Our backcourt needs more help than anything else.

Haha, yeah. If that happens I would need to be perma-banned from this thread.

Agreed, we have to do something about our backcourt because we are not taking advantage of MKG's strengths on offense. If we're not going to pair him with someone that can complement his game then we need to go ahead and trade him. We're stifling his development and that needs to change.

I think he needs a good passing/shooting 4 to maximize his talents more than the backcourt. I'm not sure how much a good backcourt can get a slashing SF involved. However, a good passing PF can open things up quite a bit for a guy like MKG. I think he'd be great in the role Marion played with the Mavs. Dirk opened things up inside by bringing bigs away from the basket, allowing space for Marion to cut inside, scrap for long misses, get putbacks, etc.

MKG isnt going anywhere. I think you're reading bobcatsplanet too much. There's a guy on there that thinks Henderson is a top 10 sg and the rest of the board still wants to trade Al.

well you have two top 10 draft picks that aren't going to be decently developed because of his presence so I can see why that sentiment exists

Al has helped them both more than Silas Jr and Ewing ever did. Only thing holding them on the bench is McBob - and if they can't beat him out yet, then they can stay on the bench.

I understand how people get stuck in that, but they've had their minds warped by the Sam Vincent years.

You're right, we really need both. Zeller was supposed to be that guy, but he isn't right now and there's no guarantee he'll ever be. Hopefully he will because I don't see Bosh, Horford, Aldridge, or Love walking through the door anytime soon.

I stopped visiting that site, way too many people lacking basic critical thinking skills for my taste. Our realgm board is a lot better. That said I really hope we don't sit tight through the trade deadline. Deal Gordon and/or Henderson and both of our owed picks if the right deal can be reached. Ersan out in Milwaukee is one guy we should really be looking at.

Other Bulls players should be so damn thankful to have Boozer on their team. He gets all the damn criticism. So many Bulls fans still like to argue that Boozer is the reason they haven't won a championship. They say he's overpaid and overrated. Yeah, him. Not the guy getting paid $20 mil a year who hasn't done anything in two years, plus another playoffs. Not Noah, the regular season "phenom" whose foot can't get him through a playoffs. Who will these delusional fucks blame when Boozer is gone?

No one, the Bulls will be a much better team then.

Boozer is overpaid when you've got Taj Gibson

I love the media people arguing that Aaron Gordon should stay at Arizona.

Yes, he should pass up a minimum of $4 million guaranteed dollars to risk being the next James Michael-McAdoo and never end up making an NBA roster. Take the money.

Listening to this Carmelo Anthony interview on SportsCenter... LOL if the Knicks don't make some kind a deal, ANYTHING to improve the team/get the right players playing the right amount of minutes, Carmelo is so gone.

Exum doesn't even weigh 190 lbs he's going to get eaten alive on defense his first few years in the league.

Yeah, he's really long-term (his defensive awareness is also terrible right now and his shot is shaky), but he's a great shot creator and athlete so he has a ton of upside that I think guys like Wiggins and Randle don't.
