there's a difference between figures and dvds
dvds and blurays need to be in packaging because they might get DAMAGED
but figures and stuff are meant to be DISPLAYED and people that keep them in the package aren't collecting figures, they're collecting BOXES

you think the companies that make the figures and the designers and what-have-you make these figures with the expectation that people will keep them MISB???
no they expect that people will take them out of the packaging and display them!!!
if i was a designer for figures, i'd be ANGRY that people keep figures in boxes because that'd be wasting my talent if you're not even going to display it and show it off
I say keep em in the boxes. It must be easier to maintain them clean that way, isn't it?

Since then I've had a bunch more stuff and much of it stayed in it's box due to a complete lack of room.
It was better until her base snapped off the peg when I tried to clean her at one point ;_;
