Prepare yourself for wave 4 shenanigans.
It just seems sort of scummy for a large chain retailer to do that. Do they do that with Skylanders and Disney Infinity as well?
Aw, you didn't have to do that, Diggeh! I've barely even hunted for any Amiibos; all I own is Samus! I'm definitely not on all of your levels, but I'm glad you Amiibofied my avatar, anyway! Thank you!

I don't know about Skylanders but there's never been a shortage issue with Disney Infinity. You can go to Amazon right now and buy 95% of them at retail price the other 5% for $5-10 dollars more.
I have almost all Disney Infinity figures and I've bought them in a pace of 1 or 2 figures a month.
They always have some nice promotions like buy 3 figures for 30$ though.

Okay, AmiiboGAF, I see so much generosity here that it really makes me happy. We hardly know each other and we all seem willing to help each other out. I have gotten tons of PMs from you guys asking if I need any amiibo, and that's awesome.
It's definitely a communal effort to track down the figures we want and I am happy to see it developing.
So, as a token of my gratitude, I will be giving away a brand new Fox. He is my favorite amiibo and I managed to get two. I had a preliminary trade in the works for a Pit, but I rather someone enjoy the Fox like I have enjoyed mine.
It should be here by Wednesday so I can have it mailed out next week sometime.
If you're interested, please let me know. Shoot me a PM. Also, please don't inquire if you already have Fox. He's harder to get as of late and I want everyone to have a chance at the figures they want.

* Wave 3 confirmed in store Feb 1st in the States.
* Shulk pushed back to Feb 20tth in EU/Japan (Not US).
* Rosalina from France Amazon shipped already
* Wave 4 coming out in a month or two (still no date on pre-orders).

The good thing for me is quite literally all 4 stores are within walking distance of each other within the shopping area thats about 3 minutes from my house. As well within the city are 5 Targets, 3 BB, 2 TRU, and 8 Gamestops. All within 15-20 minutes of each other. So I will be trying to buy many for people and fighting all to do so. I gotta see what time they all open Sunday.
So for me.
Store Open hours for Sunday.
Target: 8am
TRU: 10am
BB: 11am
GS: 12pm
AND all these stores are within walking distance of each other for me!

Wow I wish I were so lucky! I haven't seen any of the Three Amiibo's nor Pit or Mac in the wild! Luckily I was able to order Pit and Mac online though!
Yeah it's like the Target clearance stuff that is NEVER in my neck of the woods, SMH. But good for those people who find rares so late in the game.
So yeah...Nin-Nin is now not replying to any of my messages/e-mails.
Basically, I ordered Robin/Lucina/Charizard from thembut was stupid and chose Paypal as my billing option, so they charged me right away.
I e-mailed them asking if I could change to CC, because I felt more comfortable paying later than right away, so they shot me an e-mail 10mins after saying to just "redo the order" and they'll change it.
I asked them to clarify if it mean to re-click the "Re-order" button on my order history, and they said yes.
So redid it, chose CC....and instead of revising my order, it created a brand new order.
So now I have two orders for the same JPN Amiibos...but with two seperate payments, that both are charged already.
I've e-mailed them but no response yet.
First, want to know why it didn't cancel my original order when I redid it like they told me to.
Second, why is my Paypal still charged.
Third, why did they charge my CC when their site says they only charge CC's when they are getting shipped.
I'm so annoyed

Told myself I was going to wait and see how NA preorders went down before importing, but this hype echo-chamber is getting to me!

I thought Rosalina was Feb 1st in store? Although I think she comes out early in Japan at the end of January. Or did I miss the Wave 3 release date? It's still feb 1st in stores right?

Managed to get most of Wave 1 minus the holy trinity and Fox, which sucks cause I completely missed posts yesterday and the day before about places that had him.
I'm missing Mac from Wave 2 and I've got all of Wave 3 pre-ordered with the exception of the exclusives.
Looking forward to hitting the stores on Feb 1 and hunting down those elusive exclusives!

My orders from B&H still haven't cancelled yet either. Crossing my fingers!
Just an FYI, I ordered from them for wave 3 before Canadian pre-orders opened and then cancelled later when I secured from Canadian retail.
I checked out as a guest but when I went to cancel, they want you to log into a GAME account to check your order status / shipping / see the cancel button. And registering a GAME account requires a valid UK Postal code and address. So when you cancel from them you need to e-mail them and wait a few days, you can't just permacancel it in 2 seconds.
Fair warning.

There is a Walmart 2 hours away from where I work that has Fox. I would do the trip for Villager }: I hope I can get a Lucina and Robin.

I had a question though. I know these are region free but I see some people are ordering them from Amazon.fr. Is the packaging the same as US ones? Do they even ship to the US?
